Sabrina was great. Helped me find shoes I could try on with my leg brace. I ended up with comfy New Balances.

My husband and I went into Alan's Shoes because we knew they had a variety of comfort shoes. We were not dissapointed!

Perhaps the best surprise was the employee that helped us, Robyn.

He was incredibly patient with us. He was very knowledgeable and knew what shoe would work best for each of us. After fitting us for orthotic inserts, he brought different shoes for us to try on. I'm happy to report, our foot pain is almost non-existent now!

Sarah at Alan’s Shoes in Tucson, AZ is FABULOUS. I went into the store and she came over to help me. I told her what I was hoping for and she brought me over to the perfect shoes and the ones I ultimately bought. My feet are different sizes so it’s always a challenge, but she managed to find the right inserts to correct that. I am so pleased with both my purchase and meeting Sarah!

I came in an hour before they closed and was last minute emergency shopping for comfortable sandles to wear on a 2 week sightseeing trip to italy. I was immediately greeted by a red head gentleman. He was so sweet and calm, even tho I'm sure I was fairly extra. He waited patiently while I tried on different styles of shoes and then guided me to Ecco sandles after he figured out what style would make me happy. He also waited patiently while I took pictures of my final 2 choices on my feet and texted the bf, sister and a few friends to help me decide the color and gave me his opinion without being annoyed. The manager even shared his opinion and didn't seem impatient or annoyed. I bought a pair and left. By the time I got to my car, the salesperson left too, so he did all that without rushing me or being annoyed. I still love the shoes. I wore the heck out of them while I was in Italy and look forward to seeing how far I can abuse them I will definitely return to this store!
