Doc Hsia is one of the best people I have had an opportunity with which to train and work. He is always prepared, understands underlying context of the situation, and is concerned, not only for the patient's health, but who they are as a person. I have witnessed his interactions with people from all sorts of backgrounds and he takes time to hear from the patient. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Hsia is the best doctor that I have ever had as well as for my husband we have been seeing him for a few years now we are super sad to hear that he is no longer with the practice

Dr. Hsia, DO is a incredible doctor who gives great thorough care to his patients and has great bedside manner. Although the scheduling department when calling to make an appointment has given me issues on several different occasions, but if you can get past this problem I highly recommend Dr. Hsai, wonderful Dr.

EXCELLENT! The schedulers, front office staff, and the assistants were all very kind and speedy (not rushed, efficient). Dr Hsia was also very kind. He listened to my concerns and symptoms. He explained everything he was thinking and how it related to medications and other non-medicinal therapies. I felt as if I was listened to and very confident in his care. EXCELLENT Doctor!

The doctor was exceptional. I at first didn’t know what to expect because of how the receptionist was but he was warm understanding and kind and that I appreciated.

The appointment was smooth no long wait and the Dr.actively listened to me and was patient.

Dr Hsia is great! Absolutely Amazing! Caring, very emphatic to your health needs. He actually cares about your health and really looks into how he can get you healthy again. First time in a long time a Dr just doesn't see you as a number and on paper.
The staff has really gotten alot better, the front office and nurse assistance are outstanding!

From the moment I walked in until I checked out, I felt taken care of. Dr. Hsai asked me a lot of questions to understand the reason for my visit and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions as well.

Dr Hsia is great I have been with him since his residency however I can’t deal with his office staff or the practices ridiculous policies. He’s going to loose patients because they can’t do their job and follow instructions when medical records are requested. They also do not pass on messages to Dr Hsia.

This man has been my family doctor for a couple of years now. He is the primary doctor for my whole family. He is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a thorough doctor and he actually listens to his patients and genuinely cares about people. He is honestly the best doctor we've ever had. We go to the Tempe office. All the staff there are very nice.

Dr hsia is the best. Wouldn't change him for anything. I trust him. That's saying something. I don't trust easily. He explains everything in terms I can understand. He's thorough. Makes sure he's got all info he needs, and that I'm comfortable with his decisions. I'm blessed to have him.
