Aldea at Estrella Falls, Goodyear AZ

We have lived in the complex for a little over 2 years and our first year there was great, no complaints and we actually enjoyed the complex. However, the last year was awful and we could not wait to get out of there. The pool is not being cleaned anymore, has algae building up in the corners, and the promised 24 hour maintenance is ridiculous because it takes over a week and many calls to get someone out. When I called the office to express concerns, it was just thrown in my face by the manager that they receive many great reviews, the pool is clean and everything else is being done as it is supposed to. There is always a gate broken somewhere at this property, either the back exit gate or the front gates. Trash is always just thrown and laying on the ground everywhere, and rarely see landscaping come around. The management at this property is a joke and I am appalled at how much was paid in rent for the quality we received. Cannot even swim in the pool when it is summer time because it is green and dirty. Our fridge also broke and it took 2 days for someone to come fix it, all of our groceries went bad, but of course, the manager did not care and made excuses. I would not recommend this place to anyone, maybe 2 years ago I would have, but now, absolutely not.

Been here for 2 plus years. The pool isn't kept up very well. It's hot outside and the past 3 times this week the pool is green. Very unfortunate considering how much rent is and we can't even enjoy using the pool.

Terrible experience here, lived here for 1 year and had problems the entire time. Had a major problem with staff because the door to my apartment was heavy and when let go freely it was close hard. Got constant complaining of me slamming doors when I had no control over it. Staff did not understand that was causing the problem and insisted I was slamming them. Also had a major problem with parking, was told that we are allowed to park in the front by the office after hours. I woke up the next morning and they towed my car and none of the staff could figure out why. Would not recommend living here.

I'm coming up to my 1 year living here at the Aldea and I have not had any problems, the staff in front are very nice including the maintenance guys, they are always quick to fix something if it goes out. Pool is very nice I love that it is 24 hours, on the weekend it is nice to chill at the pool past 9pm. I really enjoy the food trucks that come every Thursday follow with the Programs that they have been doing as of August. (Study Hall, Birthday Club, Mini Bark bags, Treat Trolley, and Admit One)

I am a current Resident at Aldea Falls and absolutely love living here. I moved from out of state and they made it a easy and stress free process. The staff are both friendly and professional and always willing to help. I would recommend Aldea to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, clean community.

I lived at Aldea from 2013-2020. I had a great experience the entire time. The staff is always friendly and went above and beyond to make my son and I feel like family while living there. The maintenance too is very friendly and very efficient with any issues, which were alwats fixed quickly. I’m a single mother and felt safe living there for 7 years. The grounds are always maintained and clean. Barbecues throughout. The pool area is a resort style feeling with palm trees, barbecues, cleaned often, and open 24 hours. The apartment homes are up to date and I loved having a split floor plan. I know people who live in other apartment communities nearby and pay about the same, Aldea is by far a better quality and much cleaner. The area is perfect, right by the freeway, dining, movie theaters, and a lot of new development. I loved living at Aldea, it’s definitely the best apartment community, and most friendly, that I have ever lived in.
