We called a company called Fort Knox security which is located in Texas and they contract with Alert 360 to install security systems in the PHX area. We had a rough start due to some communication errors between the two companies but those were figured out and we were taken care of. NOW to mention the techs that came out to do the install Eddie and Kevin. What nice guys! They installed everything we needed and educated us on other products that would work in our home as well. They were not pushy by any means just sincerely helpful. The price was very reasonable. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Alert 360 to anyone who is need of an alarm system especially during these uncertain times in our country. It is hard to find people now days that take pride in their work and do what it takes to complete a job and do it right and not half A**. Kevin thank you for staying past hours to complete everything and answer the many questions my husband had.

The technician who installed my alarm system went out of his way for us. He spent extra time ensuring that Our door was properly closing and opening. And he was fantastic I would recommend this company to everybody.

Justin arrived on time and was very efficient and competent. He changed out the battery in my smoke detector in just a few minutes and replaced the battery pack in my alarm. I had mentioned it showed low battery occasionally. I appreciate such good service.

Mike quickly found the problem and rectified it. Then throughly retested to insure it was resolved and no new issues had surfaced.

Our tech Arthur was prompt, Courteous, and professional. Arthur fixed all of our problems with the security system and the video system.

The Technician (Salvatore) was on time and fully understood the issue I was having with my CCTV system. He quickly went through the entire detection setup and explained the fix. Once he completed the realignment, he wrote down the steps for addressing any potential issues of this nature that I might have in the future. It was excellent service!

A honest one stop shop for your business needs! I contacted Mike on a whim after speaking to a different company for security and camera system install who tried to completely rip me off.

Mike was not only very honest, but took almost 2 hours of his own time to explain the options that I had and the different things I could do. Multiple phone calls and emails was met with a welcoming feeling everytime. When I had decided to upgrade the camera system last minute, Mike had everything organized for me and ready to go within 30 minutes… this is some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.

When it came down to the install, his team was not only very attentive but made sure to listen to any and every request I had. Not only did they pick up their own mess but ensured I was comfortable using the system before they left.

Mike then followed up with me and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. To this day I can still contact him if I have any questions and he picks up the phone every single time. I feel he is one of the last honest business people left.
