I've used Alexander since 2007 when I moved to Arizona and he has been nothing but reliable. From a broken hot water heater on New Years Eve to a malfunctioning toilet, he has been quick to respond to any plumbing issues I've had. He and his team are honest and professional, and his prices are always very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had an unexpected leak in our sprinkler vacuum breaker system and urgently needed a plumber. We called Alexander's and he was able to come by quickly & stop the leak. He went above and beyond, explaining everything in layman's terms & returned the following day to replace the system. He was communicative, timely, and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber in tukee he is your guy!

Responded to an emergency response, and replaced what needed to get fixed same day during the cold times definitely needed the water heater so it’s good as new. He was hospitable & responsive.

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Have been using Alex for all of my plumbing issues both at my work location and my home for more than 8 years. He is always responsive, takes care of the job with the upmost care. Scheduled them to come check a leak yesterday. Set a 10am-12pm window. Worked from home to be available for them and they never showed up, never got a call for an update or heads up they will be late. Called them and was promised a call back with an ETA. 45 min goes by still no call. Simple communication seems to be luxury these days. Find someone who will honor their word and actually show up.

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. They show up during their scheduled time and even text when they are on their way. Always professional, quick to respond to your call, clean and they care for your home like it was their own. As my house is getting older, I have had call on them several times to fix issues. I have always been happy with their work.

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.
