I have never before had such a compassionate doctor that was willing to listen and address my concerns as Dr. Mosharrafa. When I came in for my first appointment, it is the first time a physician came to greet me in the waiting room and there was no waiting for my appointment. I felt very comfortable through the whole process and completely satisfied with the results.

I got a breast augmentation 20 years ago. He did an amazing job! He also eased my anxiety. I highly recommend him!

I am 58 yrs old, and recently relocated to Arizona from Oregon. Eating well and moving my body regularly couldn’t compete with gravity, and I found myself with what I call “a belly slide. ” In Oregon I could hide it behind fleece jackets and sweaters for more than half the yr, but here in the Valley of the Sun, that’s impossible. I didn’t like the way I looked on the golf course or poolside. I decided to gather information on tummy tucks. I spent 6 mos gathering information and consulting with several plastic surgeons in the greater Phoenix area (which included surgeons affiliated with valley hospitals).
I am so glad I did, because Dr. Ali Mosharrafa stood out above the others, hands down. From the initial consultation to my post-op office visits, Dr. Ali has treated me with the utmost respect, gentleness, and attentiveness. Intellectually I know he sees many patients every day, but when he’s with me, I feel like I’m the only one on his schedule.
His nursing staff and anesthesiologist (Dr. H. Cavanagh) put me at ease the morning of my surgery. The operating suite is on point, and beautiful. The next thing I knew, I was being wheeled into post-op recovery.

That was twelve weeks ago. I spent a week on a California beach in a swimsuit this summer free from anxious thoughts about my body. Today I wore shorts (SHORTS!) with a button fly (BUTTON!) all day comfortably. I luuuvvvv the way I look now (my belly is as flat as an ironing board), and it will only get better as I completely heal.
Btw, I am glad I budgeted for new clothes post-op because my old pants DON’T FIT! LOL

My experience with Dr. Mosharrafa and all the staff at the office was wonderful! I had breast augmentation done 2.5 years ago and my left implant ended up deflating. I did my research on this site and decided to drive out from LA to Phoenix and SO happy I did! Amanda was amazing to work with from the start being that I dont even live in Phoenix. As far as recovery and the results, I literally had no pain after surgery and LOVE the result! Definitely recommend Dr. Ali Mosharrafa!

I wanted to come back to my thread in just a 2 week time frame and change my review to 10 Stars! When I posted my comments 2 weeks ago, I was at 2 years of frustration. I had addressed my concerns early on with Dr. Tamir, but never re-visited them with Dr. Tamir, which was unfair to him. I did not know these were issues that Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa could revise.
He and his office administrator both called me, and we very kind and really wanted to help me. They got me appointed for a consult in less than a week and also rearranged their surgery schedule to get me scheduled for surgery 3 days later! I can still start my new job on time! Now that's stellar service! I just had surgery today, and their surgical facility is state of the art and has its own fantastic team, who took great care of me today! I can already see a dramatic difference and I can breath a little better.
I really underestimated the Mosharrafa team. There are not many fantastic customer service experiences these days, as we all know, but they are definitely on top of it! Im so excited to say the least, and will, without a doubt, refer my family, friends, and patients to the Mosharrafa team! Thank you guys, you definitely out did yourselves!

I went for a breast augmentation and could not be happier. Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa is the nicest most attentive surgeon I have ever met. I came all the way from Italy for this surgery with him. We had an hour consult on the phone prior to surgery he was so patient with explaining everything and answering all my questions. After the surgery I had a question on a Friday night and he called immediately back. Would recommend him to everyone. The staff are so lovely. Seriously so happy thank you

All I can say is "THE BEST, THE GOLD STANDARD" Dr. Ali Mosharrafa and his team treated my wife due to Cancer, so we made many visits to his office and interacted with Dr. Mosharrafa and his staff many times. From the moment you meet any of his staff you know you are at the right place then you meet Dr. Mosharrafa no question you know you are in the Best hands and you know you will be getting the best care. His Team is always super nice and always made us feel like my wife was his most important patient, I am sure every patient of his would say the same. After cancer and the work of Dr. Mosharrafa did for my wife she still looks great in a two piece bikini. I had been needing surgery myself do to a fatty tissue that had been growing above my eyelid, I had been putting it off do to never having surgery before. After the experience of watching Dr. Mosharrafa do a phenomenal job on my wife. I asked him if he could do the work on my eyelid? As expected he did a phenomenal job on me. If any of our kids or a loved one ever needs a Plastic Surgeon no question they will be going to the Mosharrafa's for that work. If Dr. Ali Mosharrafa wasn't available I would have his brother and partner Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa do the work. This IS A First Class Organization. Thank You So Much Again.

Dr Mosharrafa is kind, gentle and very realistic as to the results that I should expect. My post baby belly is flat, my scar is hardly noticable and I am so happy with the results. Everyone at his office was professional and super friendly. The surgery staff was top shelf as well! If you want great results; great bed side manner, I highly recommend Dr. Mosharrafa!

Dr. Tamir Mosharafa did a great job on my breast reconstruction surgery when I had my bilateral mastectomy. I'm very thankful to have a great doctor also the staff and front office girls are wonderful and sweet.
