The girl at the counter was very freindly. My nachos were fantastic. These are nachos that can be shared between two people. The restaurant is set up nice and is a comfortable place to eat.

I wanna say I have tasted alot of rice in different establishments on the mountain and this place is the best!

I've never seen such a vast selection of interesting drinks. The food was great too. Staff was very friendly!

No filler in green / red sauce, don't limit you on how many containers you get in drive thru, and compares to Señor Taco location in Fountain Hills with quality of food.

The lobby is one of the nicest lobbies I’ve seen from a Alberto’s. Staff are as always friendly and helpful. Drive Thru is great but there is a bit of a wait but that’s okay. Food is 10/10.

Always a good quick-stop, generous portions, good value for the money. The personnel are friendly and smiling.

We were visiting out of town. Our hotel room had an advertisement for this place which said when we showed our key we would receive 10% off. We went through the drive-thru placed our order showed our key and was told there's no such deal. When we got back to our hotel room realized we had no utensils and our order was missing #4 combo meal we had ordered.

The food was delicious the was service was excellent I will definitely be returning for more

Always correct, always hot, and great customer service. First time having a burrito. It's two meals worth

Yuck I prefer a different restaurant called ruby's. Ruby's is in Pinetop its delicious

Worst Mexican food ever. The beef taco was so over cooked can't even eat it like beef jerky but worse the enchilada cheese isn't melted and so salty. My advice don't waste your money

I absolutely love this place. The food is always good and the guy at the drive through is the best. He always treats you as if he's happy to see you and happy to be at his job. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a quick bite

Inconsistent I eat here all the time and sometimes you want to eat here everyday it's so good. But then it always happens I will get something horrid sold to me and I won't want to come back for months then I forget and eat here because the good out weighs the bad I guess.

For example you can buy tacos one day and have them be the great! Then order again 2 days maybe a week later and have the most disgusting "tacos" sold to you. I'm talking burnt crusty crunchy thin layer of black stuff on the bottom of the shell I assume is ment to be meat and grease just POURS from the side it's foul
Hard as a rock shell and just nasty greasy wilted lettuce I just bought some today like this: (6/22/21 but last week they were great! Thick layer of recognizable meat nice fresh lettuce yummy cheese a good shell a great taco so i wanted to come back but what I got was not the same. It wasn't shocking as it happens frequently but it's still as disappointing when your paying the same price.

I typically NEVER give negative reviews; however, Alibertos in Lakeside NEVER gets an order right. You'd think 2 shredded beef tacos would be a simple request but they manage to mess it up like numerous orders before. Save yourself some grief and go to taco bell. Or maybe order something other than what you want. Then when they mess up you might get what you wanted in the first place. Honestly, it's a freaking shredded beef taco. How difficult can that be?

Lots of Alberto's out there, but this one's one of the best. Great food and friendly staff.

Delicious Carne asado tacos and hot crispy chips! Salsa is homemade. My go to for comfort food.

Good food, fast service, and very friendly staff while dining in. Dollar for dollar it's hard to find better Mexican food and better service.

I will never eat there again! Today I ordered a green chili burro and a chimichanga. The prices on the wall showed they each cost $6.50. In looking at my receipt they charged me $7.00 each. I went to the counter girl (short and very fat) and pointed out the pricing difference. She said it is priced $7.00 in the register. I said but the price on wall is $6.50. She said we are changing our menu, just not yet. I said you have to sell it for the listed price shown on the wall and I want the overcharged amount back. She said no. I asked for the manager. She is not here. She got extremely RUDE to me and then WALKED AWAY FTOM ME.
The people running this business are NOT honest and will Cheat you by raising prices in the register (where you can’t see) and not showing matching prices on the wall.
Because of her extreme rudeness and actually yelling at me, and her dishonesty I will never go back. EVERYONE BE SURE TO LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS and compare pricing with the wall. I cannot recommend this place anymore. Go at your own risk.
