All Dermatology, Surprise AZ

Very professional staff and experienced Doctors! They were very patient with me and answered all my questions! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Nicole is my PA and she’s truly a professional. I have never experienced any bruising or irritation from her treatments. She’s really great! The only complaint i have is the front desk. The blonde has a bit of a chip on her shoulder and doesn’t really make you feel very welcome. She’s not very friendly. I alway feel like I’m bothering her just by asking a question. Even saying hello to her she seems perturbed.

It was wonderful, my appointment was on time. No waiting and very clean and professional. I would recommend Nicole.

Anna was efficient but thorough and took time to answer questions and provide me with written instructions.

I like going to All Dermatology. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I like seeing Nicole. She makes my visit pleasant. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to you.

Was easy to make an appointment and get in the very next day. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the doctor was very good with my daughter and made her feel at ease.

Great customer service, got me in within a day and the doctor was super kind, knowledgeable and really seemed genuine. Wasn't expecting to have to do a biopsy but had a wonderful experience for what it was. Both the doctor and assistant walked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfy and understood what was happening the entire time.

Unbelievably great. On time appt, everyone from the front office, med staff, and checkout were very professional. This is the dermatologist I’ll be going to from now on.

Staff is wonderful! However, giving the doctor a two star due to the gruff attitude. I have seen this doctor for years, however the bedside manner has truly diminished in a negative way. Made a follow up appointment with the doctor, only to be made in a different office, with a different doctor, and keep getting reminders of same. I think it is time to find a new dermatologist.

Had to correct my 5 star to 1 star!
Got an outrageous bill for close to 150 for freezing a tiny bump on my face. Don't have anything done without first asking if extra charge when thinking it's covered with office visit. Wanted to make this my new dermatologist office but obviously too many hidden charges.

Everything about my appointment was efficient and professional. I was taken back to the examining room promptly. I was taken care of promptly, and all of my questions were answered in a courteous manner. All of the people I saw were friendly, interacted with me as though I was someone they cared about. Not once did I feel as though I was "just another patient" to be tolerated. I was very pleased with the entire staff at All Dermatology - great place with great people!

My appointment was easy to make, I arrived early in order to do any required paperwork. I was actually called earlier than my appointment time which is pretty rare these days in a Doctor's office! The entire process and exam were excellent! The Physician Assistant was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Great experience! Waiting for my biopsy report so I can return if necessary for any surgery.
Update June 2023: 6 months check up.found a cancerous growth that will require MOHS surgery. Good thing I kept my appointment!
