This company came highly recommended. We needed a scooter for a camp for a teen with a chronic illness. We were told we would need to pay a fee due to having it delivered and picked up after hours and I agreed. Then I received a phone call asking if they could deliver during the week as they were closed on Sundays. I explained that due to their policy my daughter wouldn’t be there to except the scooter until Sunday and that’s why I had paid the additional fee. We were told that the scooter would be delivered within 20-30 minutes upon her arrival. It took longer which to arrive which was okay, but the scooter would not stay charged. There was very little cell service where she was and had issues getting an adult to come and assist her when it died before she reached her destination. She could hardly use the scooter because it wouldn’t charge and caused her to be late at several events which kept her separated from her classmates. Sadly we ended up having to pick her up before the week was ever over. I was instructed that she could have called them with the scooter issue but she could barely even communicate with me as I was a few hours away a no real cell service. Just very frustrating.

They had exactly what I needed. Both gentleman were friendly and helpful. I have been there several times, and have always had pleasant and professional experiences.

The people who work here are very kind and respectful. I went in to buy my very first cane as a college student and they didn’t even bat an eye. They just helped me find the best color and style and make sure the height was adjusted accordingly.

SCAM. Threaten to report patients "and have the patient arrested" for theft if supplies are not returned within 24 hours after rental agreement. Called me the day my loved one was dying to threaten me over the phone. Stay far away from this place. Not many options for medical supplies are in Flagstaff so the hospital recommends this one, trapping the most vulnerable patients with expensive scammers. I hope they are shut down.

We were traveling through Flagstaff and I realized that I didn't have all the parts needed to use my new cpap machine.
I called first and then went into store.
I spoke with the owner Randall as well as a couple other employees and they could not have been any friendlier
To my surprise they had all three parts I needed to get a great night sleep!
Very competitive pricing. In and out in 10 minutes. They deserve the best review!

Excellent service, the staff was knowledgeable and able to help me quickly. I paid directly, not through insurance, their prices were better than I can get through large internet providers.

SCAM - you are better off going elsewhere and buying the equipment you need for yourself or a loved one.

Very polite! They were able to help me and I couldn’t be happier. They had the part I needed in stock. No need to go anywhere else. Thanks again!

Was in AZ on vacation and had some problems with my CPAP mask. I stopped at All-Med and Paul, the manager went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Thank you so much Paul for helping me be able to sleep well for the remainder of my trip. I highly recommend this place.
