4Second warranty hoping they make this right last time the front seal went out and sat at the shop for 6 weeks for a input seal now the output shaft seal is blown I have put less than 500 miles on this truck the owner is hit or miss depending on what kind of day he's having he did straighten out the hood he messed up while in the shop with 100$ for a new one hopefully he makes this right this has cost me about 10k while my truck has been down and looking at another probably 6 weeks
I used to work for Firestone and sent all my customers here for transmission issues. I thought they did great until I had my tea mission rebuilt by them. They had to warranty the transmission 3 times in less than 1000 miles. The 3rd time the transmission lasted 15k miles, I didn’t drive it very much and it took me 2 1/2 years to get to 15k. I took it back to them explaining they had rebuilt it 3 times before and they refused to even give me a discount let alone warranty the transmission. I will not be taking my truck back, obviously they use subpar parts or do subpar work. The original transmission held up for 140k, their 3rd rebuild lasted 15k
Had my car for a month. Said it was ready finally. Got there and it didn't work. Had to pay for a ride there and back home.
I stopped by and made an appointment after transmission issues went to drop car off spoke to Jim about the problem and he stated it needed a new TCM and was 99% sure it would fix the problem didn't even scan it first well I dropped $800 on a dealer TCM and it didn't change anything stay away.
