I couldn’t be happier with this company! I feel like i hit the jackpot when my home warranty service set me up with them. I already knew what the problem was James came out gave same diagnosis got a new motor and we were up and running within a week. Everything was professional from the scheduling to the repair. Nicest people felt like family

Would give 0 stars if possible. First they have POOR communication. I called multiple times to speak to them before they came out and left voicemails and no return. Then they were late to their appointment and call to let me know after the original time window, letting me know they would be up to another 2 hours late. Then, the tech that came was nice and told me that there should be no issue with the repairs and that the gaskets were old and cracking and just need replaced. This was the company the home warranty company sent out by the way. The warranty company denies claim stating that the tech stated the cracked ring was result of over pressure, which he did not state when he was here. ZERO help. Stay away from this company.

My home warranty company has sent All Star Pools to complete my repairs on more than one claim. The professionalism and quality of service was tremendous each time. Highly recommend this company.

The first time my warranty company sent the owner, James of All Star Pools to my house because my pool heater was not working he told me there was no issue it worked fine. The most recent time, two weeks ago, I called again with same issue and he actually told me he fixed the issue but during his fixing another part broke, apparently. He told me the pool was off and he will see if he can get the part replaced. When I inquired on a timeline so we knew how long our pool was going to be dismantled he became very brash and very rude. I let my husband take over the call on speaker phone and James proceeded to blame us for the broken part and that WE had monkeyed with this part prior already and that the likelihood of warranty company covering it was not good. Our jaws were literally on the floor as to how the call went from 0 to 100 in a matter of seconds. Two weeks later.wondering what is going on with our pool, we have left James two messages and no call back and pool is still off and broken. I believe they screen their calls because we finally called from a different, unfamiliar phone number and James answered his phone. James told us he is not going to fix and that the warranty company denied our claim. Terrible service! We do not even know if our heater is fixed until we find someone to fix the "newly" broken parts. All in all I am just still thoroughly surprised at the way James spoke to both of us. So unstable and harsh for anyone let alone a business owner. My husband and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I think I have to at least give a minimum of one star to submit this review but one star isn't even deserving. I expect a scathing reply to this review from James but I stand by my truth.

We called All Star Pools on July 1,2023 to get a quote on replacing our sand for our pool filter. Maria answered and gave us a great affordable quote, where we decided right there to go ahead and hire All Star Pool for the sand replacement. She asked if we would be available for the morning of July 4, and that her son Connor would come first thing in the morning to replace our sand and to avoid the sweltering brutal heat.
Yes, please! …. We would love for Connor to arrive early and to avoid the heat.
Thank you for working on July 4th, that was a nice and unexpected accommodation.

Connor called in the morning to let us know he just picked up the sand and that he would be arriving shortly. Connor is a delightful professional, respectable and polite young man.
He immediately got to work, was clean, quick and articulate, explained what he was doing and how long it would take. He even lubricated the pumps Oring for us.
We exchanged pleasant conversations, he gave us nice pool filter tips and suggestions.

Connor was cleaned up and finished in little over 2 hours.
Just a nice hard working clean cut kid, who’s parents, James and Maria own All Star Pool company.
A true and HONEST mom and pop local pool business, that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Going forward we will call All Star Pool for our future pool needs.

Update: 5 MORE STARS!
We called All Star Pool again to come out and install a pool timer mechanism and check out the noise the pump was making. James, the owner, promptly came out inspected pump and took it apart to examine the impeller and initially found nothing clogging outside. After doing many other checks and realizing filter had no PSI, his intuition and experience was telling him something was clogging the impeller. He took it apart again and physically pulled out the impeller, where we both could see that it was IMPACTED with tiny palm tree seeds in the channel of the impeller. He took his tool and promptly cleaned them out, put the pump back together and turned it on …and voila! The noise had stopped, the pressure and PSI’s were going back up, and the water was flowing nicely throughout the pool!
James was an efficient professional teddy bear and articulately communicated with us throughout the entire process.
Honestly, I seriously wanted to hug him for trusting his intuition and going back to check the impeller again. It saved us a major headache from guess work and saved us $$$$!
No hidden fees or bs, with James at All Star Pool. Up front and honest.

BTW: Our pump basket had just been broken by another shady and dishonest pool guy, who did not take responsibility for it…. And James ordered us a new basket for our 10 year old pump and filter, and a new Baker hydro adapter for the skimmer and then promptly installed our pool timer mechanism.
We received our parts about 4 days later, and they work great. We also know now how to take apart the pump and check the impeller the next time it isn’t working correctly.

This local mom, pop and son pool company is HONEST, RELIABLE, ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and TRUSTWORTHY!

Through my home warrantee a few years back, James from All Star Pool Service, completed a repair on my pool system. I was totally happy with the service and professionalism. Recently I had a different claim and remembered my prior experience with All Star Pool Service so I requested them. This time Connor came. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything to me and showed me a couple things I could do to help keep my pool system in top shape. Connor went out of his way to make sure my pool was running exceptionally. I will only deal with this company when I need pool work done and will recommend them to everyone I know. The people and service were awesome!

James is the best!
Great quality in everything he does. Showed up on time and followed up to make sure everything was to my liking.
