Over the years they have taken very good care of my teeth. The doctor and his staffs are very helpful and explains easily. Very happy with results.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Helped me out tons. Got new sets of grills and I love them.

I like the professional staffs and the doctor who did great job fixing my broken teeth. Also got my broken 3rd molars pulled that were giving me lots of pain. I am very happy with results. Thumbs up for these guys. Top notch really.

I had severe infection on my molars and had to get multiple root canals done. My cheeks were very swollen. After the procedures I felt so much better. Everyone in the office went above and beyond to take very good care of me. I would recommend this office highly.

I had some old crowns and broken teeth that were causing lots of issues. The doctor did great work to fix me up. He was very helpful and staffs are all very kind and helpful too. The office was very well kept, and modern.

I came in because my filling came out and needed to get a consultation to have it fixed. The dentist came into the room did not introduce himself, asked me if it hurts and then left. Didn’t get a quality experience. I don’t have dental insurance and with the work I needed for that tooth, I was quoted $850 for only the fill.

Another note, They do not offer payment plans, in house insurance or a pay in full discount.

I went to Risas dental got a full X-ray done the doctor shook my hand and spend some time with me. With a cleaning, insurance and the fills I needed since I had two old fills coming out I was given $590 price and a $500 cash offer, DONE. I was happy to pay that amount.

Definitely don’t recommend if your paying out of pocket.

Absolutely horrid. Told I had 5 cavities and needed 2 root canals. Made a two appointments for the same day to have my teeth reassessed to make sure I didn’t need additional work, then one in the afternoon to get my fillings handled. Not sure what her name is but the receptionist told me I was scheduled for 10/6 for my other fillings and that today was only if they found something different. I called 3 times to confirm and each time she agreed, a mention of the 6th never came about. She became very condescending and I went to my car. Called form the car and all she did was argue with me and talk over me. I was gaslit and then she acted like she was doing me a favor for scheduling an appointment for a crown a month out, like thanks for doing your job. I had to raise my voice because I couldn’t even get a word in but it didn’t matter because she was right and I was wrong. Sought out a second dentist same day, no root canal needed and only 2 cavities. Oh and during my maintenance cleaning, I wasn’t provided antiseptic for my gums after, so I was notified that I had contracted an infection in areas of my gum line. Malpractice and terrible management. Money hungry. If you like being taken advantage of and being gaslit, this is the place for you. Office refused to bill both of my dental insurance plans, almost like she couldn’t be bothered with it.

I was impressed with great care by these guys! I got all my concerns addressed and couldn't be happier. I really appreciate their willingness to go extra for me. The staffs are always very helpful and professional.

Excellent dental office. Even though I was ignorant about dental health, they were patient and took time to help me so much. I am pretty happy with treatments and care I received in this wonderful office.

I had good experience in this office. The doctor is very thorough and honest. I really felt like I was taken great care of whenever I’m there. It feels great to know that these guys take great care of you.

Initially I was not going to leave a review, but I have not been able to get it off my mind. My experience yesterday was unpleasant to say the least. I came in due to dental pain that comes and goes in my wisdom teeth. This is my first dental office in Arizona and I can say Front desk team are extremely nice and welcoming and happily answered all questions/concerns. After my X-rays, the dentist came into the room and was really rude, unwelcoming, there were instances he seemed to over talk with a louder, stern tone that was not necessary and lacked passion in what he was doing and that is based off the side comments he would make, that one would think he could have kept to himself. I didn’t even know the appointment was over, he got up and walked out the room without saying bye or anything. I had to ask the assistant where he went and what the next steps would be. I even had to ask the front desk does he always behave with such a rude demeanor. I left slightly confused about my treatment plan and care done that day, I felt as though I was not treated like a new patient, I was rushed and just tossed to the front desk.

Update: I called today due to my gum worsening over the weekend to ask why did I not get any antibiotics for the infection, Jill stated that the doctor refuses to see me based off this review, she said I shouldn’t have written a bad review. I asked her isn’t that dental negligence? It makes no sense the review was not bad, it told my experience which was bad. Like I said this is my first dentist in arizona and I have never in life been treated so terrible. I’m reaching out to the Arizona state board and reporting them.

I was there last week did not care for the Dentist at all. I know i will get a different Dentist. Obnoxious and rude to me i will never go back. There is no excuse for being that rude. I also feel bad for his assistant he yelled at her i could hear it in the other room i was in.

I had the absolute worst dental experience ever. The Dental assistant was very rough, jabbing instruments into my gums. I had to tap her twice to stop. The Dr.doing the actual cleaning was fine, but she was incredibly rough. Thank goodness it was fast, but I will not be returning. If she was softer with her instruments, I would have booked another appointment, instead she blamed it on the amount of tarter buildup. No apology

Glad to find this dentist here. He does great job over here. I was able to get my teeth fixed nicely. Very happy about the work. Staffs are courteous and very helpful.

Went in after not having dental care desperate for help after several years hardship. Was feeling at ease with the dental assistants and got in quickly because the office was empty. Excellent Insurance and had more than enough money to cover all treatments for my daughter and I. Confronted with an absolute nightmare of a dentist. Impatient, rude, belittling. Raised his voice and overtalked me the entire consultation trying to understand treatment for my daughter. Treated me like I was literal garbage. Im not an overly sensitive person but that man berated me to the point of tears. Left without treatment he was so mean and unprofessional. It’s clear to me the office was empty because of his terrible bedside manner. Definitely not a compassionate dentist, beware because this guy was horrible with how he talked to me and my 9 year old, there’s obviously a reason they do not reply on complaints, I am certain there are more instances than what is posted here, never in 44 years have I ever experienced such disrespect in a medical facility

The doctor there is very unprofessional rude and prices are ridicules never going there again. Went to a different dentist and he was able to save my tooth for the same price they were changing me to extract it there.

Dentist is only looking to bill your insurance for the most and highest work possible. He is very rude and has a attitude, only cares about the money not you. I have grade A insurance and he over charged me $200 - $400 out of my pocket for each work done. Call around on pricing and you find out he a crook and all this is
true.
