Drove 3 hours only to find out they haven't made my new antigens.they knew i was out for 4 weeks.update, they told me last week they would be ready by tuesday.stopped in today (Wednesday) and they shipped my antigens to another office 60 miles away.i have never had any connection to this other office.how do i deal with this level of incompetence?
