Everyone was super nice. It was fast since I made an appointment. The only problem I had was the front desk lady. She acted like she didn't want to be there.

I got called before my scheduled time. The Dr.was friendly, bubbly and nice. Quick exam. I was hoping for an X-ray for a more solid diagnosis but she did suggest I see a specialist. I was pleased. Hopefully I get a more concrete explanation of what’s going on. I was satisfied with my visit.

The front desk people were nice, and the nurse was nice, BUT THE MALE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, WAS REALLY RUDE TOWARDS ME!

He didn't understand why I was there, and he didn't know how to assist me further, with this REALLY BAD 8 or 9 HEADACHE, THAT'S CAUSED BY MY "MASTOIDITIS", IN MY LEFT EAR!

While I was trying to explain to him how he COULD help me, HE VERY RUDELY SUGGESTED, THAT I SHOULD GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM or SOMEWHERE ELSE, INSTEAD!

PLEASE DON'T GO TO "ALLIANCE URGENT CARE - BUCKEYE", ON WATSON Rd, IN BUCKEYE, ARIZONA, EVERYONE! THEY DON'T PROVIDE REALLY GOOD MEDICAL SERVICE!

I made my appointment online & completed my paperwork online too, so it was really quick. I already knew what my symptoms were & it was confirmed with testing. I was screened & seen real quick. My med got sent over to my pharmacy of choice right away & got it within an hour. I am very happy I got things taken care of before it got worse. Thanks.

2: the nurse Silvia was so rude and to top it all off the Dr who treated us, when I explained the situation to him it was very simple it seemed like he wasn’t even interested, PLEASE NOTE! I pay for services nothing is free, consider that and at least be a little kind.

Everyone was patient and nice despite it being super busy. I did not feel rushed when I saw the provider.

Very fast service, I was in and out within the hour. Always friendly assistant and doctors. Diagnosed me with pneumonia and gave me antibiotics and a chest X-ray. I would go here over a primary doctor any day.

75 dollars for nothing. I went in for a sore throat and running nose. The doctor said I have symptoms of covid. Well, I already took an at home test, and I'm negative. I guess we're just gonna make every allergy infection covid now.

One star is too nice for this place, only one considerate woman who does blood pressure as the nurse. Find someone who knows how to ask questions instead of explaining a CT scan that we already knew about. The Dr wasn't tactful and wasted his breath on his explanations! He should have recommended going to the Primary Dr. After the visit, he should have said a CT was more than likely needed because there could be torn ligaments in my daughter's foot. It's just ridiculous, and the lobby did not have enough seating, and the masks should not be mandatory for people with breathing issues. I'm very appalled at the lack of consideration at this place

I needed to have my shoulder looked at after having some pain and I was able to go online and fill everything out and schedule a same day appointment. They were friendly and I got an X-ray and pain meds.

I made my appointment online. I showed up early and they were able to see me early. From the Greeting I received as I walked in the Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Would usenthem again if their services were required.

Every time I come into this place they just try everything to send you away. The women at the front desk give you information that is not true or correct and they do not take the time to verify the information.

Provider and staff were very friendly and caring and made me feel like I was in good hands! I was taken care of pretty fast too:) Thank you all so much. Place was nice and clean.

At first I was not impressed. There was 1 person in front of me at the counter when we walked in. The front girls switched. It being our 1st time here so I wasn't sure if I signed in or what I was exactly supposed to do. The front girl was pretty rude. However in the back the male assistant had jokes, he was friendly and thrural. He took x-ray and wrapped my up my son. The doctor was awesome took a picture of the x-ray so I would have it on my phone. Explained everything. We wasn't there long at all. Thank you.
