If I could give them a -2 star I certainly would. Stay away at all cost. They're lacking in every single area of a transportation company. Unprofessional and poor driver. Neither driver knew where they were going and they were there unnecessarily fast. One was constantly slamming on his brakes and yelling. They also were late with both pick ups. Neither driver wore a mask and thats coupled with there being extra passenger on the vehicle with you. She was frightened with the way he was driving

Am use a power scooter do to my disability and my insurance covers transportation but they get you picked up either going and diffently not returning for 2 hours.

By far the most incompetent company I’ve ever encountered! The amount of complaints and errors made on the part of this company is absolutely mind boggling. This place needs a complete management change

Called through Mercy Care and they never showed up! Receptionists are very rude and the drivers just don't show up. I don't know if they're getting paid to transport patients, but they're definitely not doing it. Don't do business with this terrible and unprofessional company.

Had to wait two hours for the van to show up after calling to schedule my return trip back home. Very incompetent service.

Contracted through Mercy Care. Called Mercy care for return trip. Told me that this company was on their way. Waited an hour. Called Mercy Care. They transferred me to the company. The company said they were never contacted. Then told me I should have called directly. I didn’t have their number and the driver that dropped me off didn’t let me know to call them. I have a brain injury. They said it would be another hour. This company is horrible
