These folks sell the absolute cheapest jewelry they can find and exploit a native tradition. Will never buy from these people again, the quality is truly disrespectful to true native jewelers.

It says they are open to the public and gives hours of operation. You go to the front door. It says closed to the public. Thanks alot. Drove 30 min to get here.

Store no longer open to public dispite large sign stating such, appt is needed. Once I was in the old man seemed upset I was there and did not want me browsing store. After looking for some stones, he criticized my necklace idea as being "unsellable" even though it was for myself. I then asked abt beads and was rudely told "I think what you need to do. " and was directed to some website as he was clearly not willing to help me past the 5 mins I was in the store. Beautiful store, ugly people. Dec2022

I just purchased for the first time from this company. I ordered the inlaid opal silver cross pendant Navajo and it is absolutely gorgeous! The weight and size are perfect and craftsmanship is unique and beautiful. I am so happy and look forward to shopping for more items.

I had the same rude guy at the door tell me that no one was allowed in to go look at the goods for sale. That we needed to know exactly what we wanted by looking at their stuff online. And then I saidthat's not what I'm looking for and he told me to go to Walmart. Old rude jerk.

I have ordered a ring that was to big. I sent it back and they sent me the right size. Have ordered two necklaces a pendant and some post earrings! Also ordered some turquoise nugget post earrings! Love everything I have ordered from them! The lady I talked to was so nice and helpful! I can’t remember her name but would recognize her voice! I love this company and there products! I can't explain how much this amethyst cuff bracelet means to me. It is stunning. The amethyst is that darker purple that I always love. The silver is high quality also. So, this is a heads up to all you purple addicts, buy here. And it's not just the amethyst, it's the turquoise, coral, oyster shell, mother of pearl, etc.that these artist use to create awesome rings, necklaces, earrings etc. I know because I've been buying too much! Anyway there is another aspect to wearing some of their jewelry. Some of there jewelry is old and was worn by Native Americans before they sold their jewelry, and I just think it is so cool to wear a part of history that also happens to be very beautiful. The man at the door was rude and refused to let us in. He said "lookers" are not allowed. He wanted me to tell him exactly what I was looking for. He spouted off a few comments and drove off in his bicycle. He never greeted us nor said good bye. I was going to purchase something for myself and for a friend, but I wanted to see my choices, first. I do not recommend this place.

Living in Colorado, my wife & I have made several online purchases from Alltribes & have always been completely satisfied with the items, prices and their service. We were recently in Phoenix and due to their store being near, we decided to visit. I wanted to get my watch band polished and look at the items for sale in the store. Upon arriving, we found a sign that said it was closed for personal reasons. While we were at the door, a gentleman came out and explained why they were closed. After talking with him for a few minutes, he told me to give him the watch band and come back in about 30 minutes. I told him he didn't need to do that, we understood. He insisted I give it to him. We left and returned in about 25 minutes and was waiting in our car when he walked up to the window and gave me my watch band, looking like new. I asked him what I owed him and he just waved me off. I tried to get him to come back so I could give him something for his time and he just went back into the store.
Not only do they have great items for sale, they have wonderful people working there. Unfortunately, I didn't get the gentleman's name.

Drove over to find a sign that says “showroom closed to the public”. Wasted my time. Looks like nice things from the pictures though.

Bad customer service. Ordered a ring and shortly after sent an email to the address listed on their website to cancel the order… They didn’t see the email and 3 days later shipped it anyway, they refused to send me a prepaid shipping label to return it and were unhelpful and unapologetic when I called them to attempt to sort it out. The woman I spoke to made it out to be my fault for emailing them to cancel the order instead of calling them.

Website says open. Drove 45 minutes only to find their showroom closed. Told employee they needed to update their website.

I called just to see what they would offer me for a piece of jewelry. The lady on the phone was not very helpful but took down all the information and said to send this email a picture. They would then send back an offer and this is what I got back from Patricia. This was after multiple emails explaining why I sent the picture. Overall very unprofessional and seems to have major communication issues within their staff many better places that are willing to help.

We were very pleased with the beauty and quality of the wedding bands we ordered. We wanted to commemorate our 50th anniversary with special rings. We were not disappointed. We will be back for more jewelry
