I came in today to get filler and was told I needed to get some dissolved, Georgia was my nurse injector and she was the absolute best! Highly recommend her, she was the sweetest ever and informed me about everything she was doing and how we could reach my lip goals. Im so excited to come back soon to get filler done by her!

I scheduled a lip filler appointment with April and she was absolutely amazing! She went and explained everything so detailed and step by step before she started. Gave me the confidence in her work! Will def come back for my fills:)

Do NOT go here! Last year I decided to try lip filler, and I came across a great deal on Groupon, so I decided this was a great opportunity. When I arrived the injector was very harsh and seemed like she was annoyed with the questions I was asking as a first timer, she injected me with juvederm and immediately I noticed clumps in my lips, I was very unhappy right away, she told me they would go away and the swelling would die down. After a few weeks the bumps were still there, they were horrendous and my lips looked wavy, I was embarrassed to go anywhere, and what's worse is that when I smiled the bumps were exaggerated, so in a way I lost my smile in this process. After 3 months, when the lumps should have been gone I called Allure and they asked me to come in and get the issue fixed, so I did. I went into this a second time thinking my problem would be fixed. When I arrived this time the nurse told me she is going to have to dissolve the filler, and I would not be leaving with the full lips I wanted yet again, I understood that the dissolving product and filler could not be mixed so I underwent this process thinking that Allure would take care of me when I came back again for the third time. I was wrong. After getting the product dissolved I went to the front desk and was notified that the next available appointment would not be until 3 weeks later and at the Mesa location (even further), this made me upset because I could have scheduled the re-filling appointment ahead of time when I initially called had I been told that I would not be able to get the new filler the same day as the dissolving product. So now I had to wait three more weeks and for the 3rd time waste gas and drive so far from home to get the problem they created fixed. As it got closer to the time for me to go to Mesa to get the new filler I saw that there was another groupon deal for allure, so I purchased it thinking I will give them a second chance and this time have them do my smile lines. When I arrived for the final appointment my lips were injected with a new product by a different nurse and when I mentioned the smile lines groupon she notified me that they most likely wont accept it since it was not my first time so she went and asked management and they allowed me to use it just this one time. When the procedure finished I was asked to PAY for the new lip injection! This should not have even been acceptable, they botched my lips and were asking me to pay them to fix it, after I had already given them more money by purchasing a groupon in good will towards them. I told the woman at the front desk that that was not okay and that she needs to contact management because it is their responsibility to fix a botched situation they had created that caused me a lot of grief and humiliation. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissing of me, they made me way in some dark corner as she went into a private room to call the owner. I felt so ashamed and punished for no reason from these people. I left that day in tears, after all that driving, and all that time I felt so defeated and sad. Not once did I feel cared for in their hands and to this day my lips still look wavy and not the same. Please DO NOT go to this place.

Been coming to Allure since 2020 and cannot recommend enough. Aimee at the Scottsdale location has the whaling touch of a god. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a facial!

Great experience with everyone! Monica was so nice and patient when explaining different lip fillers. Super delicate when applying the fillers and I’m in love with the results.

LOVE MONICA️ She was so kind and made me feel so calm. She listened to what my goals are and was amazing. I 100% recommend her for injectables.

I was contacted by the Operations Manager regarding my post. She was extremely polite and offered a few choices for me and I stated that I wanted my money back. The next day she called and said a check was in the mail for a full refund. I appreciated the way she went about everything. I also got a nice letter from the owner. I'm raising my review because of the excellent customer service.

I went in to get micro-blading for my eyebrows. I was so excited because my eyebrows are virtually invisible. The whole thing took 3 hours and I paid $500 plus $40 tip for the service. I didn't know what to expect but these pictures are 2 days and 4 days later. This is what I paid $500 for? I could have drawn this on myself. So disappointing and now have to pay to have them fixed by someone else.

Literally nine dollars a unit of hyaron. Anyone, who knows about dissolving filler knows that that’s an incredibly high amount to charge for units of hyaron. I literally ended up paying 200 on 17 units. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend

Worse experience ever for a first timer! I came in for lip fillers with Georgia and was left with unevenness, and gaps in my filler.

Reception was very sweet & check in was quick. The facility is super clean & neat. They offered me a water after I finished up my forms. The forms were not super in depth & didn’t take forever to finish so I appreciated that. Georgia was very friendly & provided great information during my consultation. She explained everything well & was really good about checking in on the pain throughout. I loved that you could tell she is medically trained & offered suggestions for the bruising in the post care. Check out was awesome as they found I had a $20 ASPIRE credit that I was unaware of & applied it. Super happy with my experience & definitely will be coming back!

I was scheduled with the Scottsdale office and was told my nurse would be working in the Avondale office. Yes! I live closer! Bre did such a great job and was so sweet and professional! They offer discounts, the front desk are very knowledgeable and friendly!

I went here for botox and filler. I had a pleasant experience while there. Place was clean. The office staff was nice but not overly friendly. Pretty to the point. I was seen by Sarah. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. We actually connected and she educated me on some new things. I definitely didn't just feel like a number. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when I was done she advised me to reach out to her via Instagram or phone to ask any questions or if I had issues relating to my treatments. In which I did have a question that evening after treatment and reached out to her. She never responded and it shows my message was read. Which I really didn't appreciate at all. Not a huge deal but was disappointing. Also, many doctors offices usually call patients to check on them after treatment which is not necessary but a nice gesture especially in the medical field. No one here called or checked up at all. So I'm not sure if I would return based on the experience after leaving. But everything I experienced there was okay. A little bummed out!
