Lofts are pretty nice rooms, hotel doesn't offer free breakfast everything offered has a price, coffee is free, pool table available they have a bar but no food pool looked nice and there's a decent gym area, located in prime area around the corner from State Farm Stadium, shopping outlet and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Although it's clean, the room is chintzy, uncomfortable, and uninviting. It feels like corners have been cut when designing the hotel and creating a business model, but the price remains the same as other similar hotels. I can hear the music from the chicken and pickle blaring all night, doors slamming, the traffic outside, and loud machinery while trying to sleep in my room. It's a cheap dorm room with a veil of "quirkiness. " The Holiday Inn Express nearby actually has lower rates right now and their rooms are way more comfortable. The area is also a suburban hellscape. They have paved the desert and erected condos and generic strip-mall shopping and eating centers. If I didn't have to be here for work, I wouldn't ever stay in this hotel.

The room is spacious and clean, however, the traffic noise and music noise from next room are unbearable. The receptionist at the front desk absolutely have no interest in my business, even with my reservations, I need to beg him to get me checked in.

I love the Aloft brand but this hotel was severely lacking. They should benchmark other Aloft hotels to see how to treat guests.

Trash don’t book here the manager was upset I was getting a cheaper rate than what they’re offering at the desk. She then decided to lie to me and say that one of my friends disrespected her employee we asked who disrespected who or if we can see some camera footage. She then said okay she’ll give us the footage the day came and she said she’s to busy for all this and that I have to leave. Super rude manager she should get fired and go back to working at the nearest QT gas station. Also she had a very bad odour and the lobby always smells like a sewer so nasty can’t even breathe that’s how bad it smells in the lobby sometimes.

Parking is expensive, breakfast is expensive. But there is public parking nearby and cracker barrel across the street. If parking was free and free breakfast it would be better. That and room was super humid when we got in.

I hate that I have to do this because I actually enjoyed my stay. My room was amazing and the amenities that were offered was great. The problem I have which is now affecting my personal and finical responsibilities. I booked and paid for my room through Priceline. When I got to the hotel I was told there was a 400 deposit fee and a 15 fee for parking. After my stay I noticed I was charged 318.73 from the hotel. This caused me to go into overdraft as well as occur return credit card fees for bills that were already setup. I was told I would be called right back by hotel staff and I have yet to hear from someone. Yes I know I can dispute the charge but who wants to go through that hassle. Awaiting a refund and at least some kind of accommodation for the disaster that occur due to a mistake on the hotels end.

We love Westgate. This was our first time at Aloft. What a nice hotel. In walking distance to everything.

I honestly do not recommend this hotel. It was okay but for the price they charge I expected something nicer. Also they charge for parking.

Heart of Westgate, you can easily walk to any number of eateries, pubs, entertainment venues, concert or games, without the need to be stuck in traffic and worry about parking. Just $15 a night for parking, plus they are pet friendly. Hard to find everything in one spot.

There were a couple of small things such as a super noisy air conditioner and don't coming back to clean the rooms, replace towels, or coffee from each day. The price is high. I heard that the Renaissance is the same price but was much nicer. Aloft is a cute hotel but it is limited.

This place was just fine. There are a lot of negative reviews but I thought it was a great location, good price and has extras like a bar and lounge. My only complaint would be a $10 charge to park. Just park in any of the lots that surround the hotel and save yourself $10.

This place has nothing special to offer other than its location and that is not that great when you consider they change $15 per day for parking and the parking situation is horrible being right at Westgate. The room had some random hair in the shower which does not have a door separating it from the rest of the room. The bed was hard and did not provide a comfortable sleep. I would not stay here again.

Aloft Glendale at Westgate was perfect for my stay! I was in town for the Taylor Swift concert and this hotel was a 10 minute walk away from the stadium which was excellent. I also found the room to be super comfortable with great blackout drapes and all the amenities needed for my stay. The decor is really trendy and all of the staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

I will point out that I was on the first floor and could hear the people in the room above me walking around and lots of people’s doors slamming. But this was only during the day so didn’t bother me too much or stop me from getting a good sleep.

My recent stay at the Aloft hotel in Glendale, Arizona, was less than satisfactory.
The bed's condition was a major issue, with visible yellow stains on the bed itself. This was a disturbing and unsettling discovery that left me dissatisfied with the hotel's overall cleanliness.
Other issues, in addition to the stained bed, contributed to my dissatisfaction. For starters, no complimentary breakfast was provided, and the slamming of doors throughout the night was distracting and made it difficult to sleep well.
Furthermore, construction work was being done next door, which added to the already noisy environment. It would have been helpful to know about this before booking my stay.
Overall, while the Aloft hotel in Glendale, Arizona, has its advantages, my stay was hampered by the poor condition of the beds, the lack of complimentary breakfast, the constant slamming of doors, and nearby construction. I advise potential guests to think about these issues before booking their stay.

The hotel looks good inside and out but the poor treatment of me and my coworkers has ensured that we will never book at an Aloft again.

List of other issues.
1. $150 Non refundable pet deposit. So even if you pet does no damage and doesn't shed the coat of your stay becomes unnecessarily expensive.
2. Pets aren't allowed to be left unattended in the rooms, thing makes staying here for work impossible.
3. The lobby door would endlessly open and close. This make the lobby chilly at night.
4. Three days without any hot water.
5. We were told that the whole property is considered a bar so the only place to drink our own beverages was in our rooms.
6. We scheduled room service and they did the wrong room. Then refused to do our room.
