The process of getting a quote was a hassle. It took over three hours for somebody to call me to ask what I needed. It then took another 20 minutes to get an email from them. In that time I managed to go to a competitor and get my order finished. And then when they called me the next day to see why I wasn’t using them I told them that their order process was very congested and the pricing wasn’t very good nor transparent. Is it too much to ask for pricing visibility. I like to support local businesses but this place makes it hard to give them money. Then to tell me well you can’t please everybody, it showed there are stuck in their ways.

Alphagraphics is by far the best print shop in Gilbert.

I've been working with Dana at the Gilbert location for a bit and have so far been very pleased with the service. The prices are very reasonable (I did a good amount of shopping around before settling) and orders are filled promptly. They also have been great about making sure my order is print ready the way I like it and double checking details if something seems off. I had the misfortune of going to this place i.e, dana seemed rushed
and very impersonal, though there was only one other customer. I went
ahead and tried to explain what I wanted, photos, # of pages etc, what
an ordeal! Anyway I left her the info and left. I did get an estimate via email to print up a booklet of lest than 50 pages, they wanted $495.00!
I replied no thanks and went to Staples on Baseline and Cooper and for
4 copies the total estimate is $ 109.00 - big difference. Dana and company is one big rip-off!

What a great experience I had with these guys. They made life not easy but they definitely made life where the product was done right. I would definitely go back to them for more products.

Brandon process our request for quotes and processes our orders quickly. It is nice to have that one on one experience with your printer, rather than trying to order things online. If we want a product done specifically, we are able to communicate a lot easier and quicker than if we were dealing with other printers.

I use AlphaGraphics for the printing of handouts, certificates, and booklets that I use for work. They do a great job preparing my documents in a timely manner and the quality of their work is always top notch!

$125 for a 3x6 vinyl banner! Everything I shopped out online was less than half, shipped! Clearly they are looking for assuming customers that know nothing about printing. STEER CLEAR!

This is definitely one of the better Alpha Graphics locations. Dana is very helpful and responds quickly to email and messages. I have had business cards, large signs and even some logo design work done here. They are efficient and the pricing always seems to be in-line with private firms I have used out of state.

I just used this alphagraphics to print some flyers for my company. It was a last-minute request on my end, but they were still able to get everything printed to meet my deadline! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this location from now on.

After Vista print messed up my wedding invites I can here. To my surprise the prices were the same but there is no shipping charge and they turned it around fast. Dana is very helpful.

Took my self-publish book project into Alphagraphics Gilbert, and met with Dana. She was super professional, and also personable. She made sure the book printing was exactly what I wanted (after at least 5 revisions). Very competitive pricing for self-publish books too. Check out the online companies, and once you read halfway through their legal speak, you will realize that for roughly 15% more, or so, you can publish direct, and control your content with confidence. Dana even called me to let me know my order was in, which was super thoughtful. She closes each deal with a handshake, and you know with Dana your in good hands.
