Alpine Computer Repair is wonderful and highly recommended. They are fast and have multiple services to offer. Super friendly and so professional and skilled. I have used them multiple times and they will always be my go to provider. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had been struggling to find a fix for my brand new pc not working. I was able to drop it off the day after i called. They talked me through what the issues could be and their action plan with finding a fix for the issue when i dropped it off. They called me the next day to let me know what was going on and how they fixed it. They also let me know if it starts acting up again, the money i paid this time will credit to the additional fix. They were fast and efficient! The customer service was phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 10/10

It is never easy finding a.computer guy who knows what they are doing let alone be trustworthy. We were lucky to find Ian. He is our go to guy for sure!

I had to travel 30 miles to find a repair service. I was sent to 3 different places before finding Alpine Repair. Each of the other places advertised only did "corporated accts" and send me on my way.
Alpine was very friendly, kind and understanding that this 72 yr old lady was not as computer savy as most and they took the time to help and work with me.the whole time trying to save my computer rather than run up a costly bill.
I would recommend Alpine to any one with a personal computer issue. Owner even called me a few days after repair to be sure all was working well! Who does that anymore?

They have better hours than the place here in Sedona that is otherwise a fine computer repair place. I was impressed with Alpine because they got back to me quickly with a quote for the new screen that I needed.

I also called another high reviews and ratings computer repair store in Flagstaff for a quote and they were much higher in price and also slower in getting back to me compared to Alpine.

All that being said, I recommend Alpine Computer Repair!

Amazing experience! Fair price and fast service.

My computer had water damage and couldn't be fixed. He said he could recover my files which I was super relieved about. He said I could pick up the files the next day, but I explained I needed a folder ASAP for work and they got me my "urgent" files in about 30 minutes. Awesome costumer service!

Ian has been helping me with computer issues for about 3 years. He is knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. His fees are fair. He calls me a day or two after my service, to ask how things are working.

I was building a computer for my girlfriend but couldn’t get it to power on. Thought it was the used motherboard I bought but took it here on the off chance it wasn’t. The “new” power supply i got off of Amazon was dead. Diagnosed it fast and was super friendly. Would come again.

Outstanding experience! I was quoted a price almost a year ago. They honored that quote. Also, I was stumped on how to upgrade a reliable computer while saving 15 years worth of files. Ian explained it, noting there may be complications, and kept constant communication during the update and repair process. All files were saved! Also, he forecasted a couple of software needs that I had not anticipated, installing the free software packages that I didn't even know existed. I am cruising with this updated reliable Lenovo and good to go for a few more years. INCREDIBLE GRATEFUL!
