Al's Ace Hardware, Tucson AZ

I've always found the employees very nice very cooperative and very accommodating they're not condescending they don't act like they don't have time for you ever since I moved into this neighborhood about 2-3 months ago I've always been in there for a little incidental Staples paint paint thinner you know cuz I'm an artist so I do paint oil painting with acrylic painting sketches so I get my Lighting art supplies and things there and then my little project that I have going on around the house and I've never gone into Ace Hardware and the staff has made me feel like I take to long alwats its take as long as you want you know even now I went into the day after a month long stay at home I had to get my shopping fix. And I did and it was a pleasure.

Great staff! Service makes the difference, and they give great customer service. Even if they don't have what you need they know where to send you so you're not left without. I know it's cliché, but ditch the big boxes and check out Al's!

Favorite Helpful Hardware Store. Don't have to walk a mile for a nut, a bolt, a piece of tubing.

I recently visited this shop and I have Zero complaints. Every ACE employee was very nice and I ended up getting help from a nice guy named Ivan. He advised me that he’s been working with ace for quite some time. Which was no shock to me because he had an answer to all my questions. He assured that I found every item I was looking for. What I really loved was that Ivan and the entire staff of ACE hardware was very cautious during the Unfortunate pandemic we are going through. They made sure the place was spotless as well as ALL the employee were masked for their protection as well as mine and other customers. Bottom line is, if your looking for a great experience and all the tools needed as well as THE BEST customer service, Visit this ACE HARDWARE. Ask for Ivan, he won’t disappoint you!

Ace is usually a bit more costly compared to the average home improvement store or outlet. However, i feel drawn to the heartfelt staff here because they are friendly, insightful and they know their stuff to help you get and find methods to getting your most interesting projects done.

So I don't live in this area so it's not my neighborhood ace. But I work for Senergy and come here quite frequently. Anywhere from paint and random tools to nuts, bolts and washers. This Ace has it all. Very friendly associates

Family-owned business off of 29th and Alvernon they'll do any the go out of their way to find whatever you're looking for

Poorly trained employees, has little to none customer service training. All questions answered with Aaaaah I don't know. Didn't even attempt to try to find anyone else for answers. This store is close to my home, I would prefer to stop there for items rather go all the way to ElCon mall.

I prefer small, easy to get in and out of stores. This Ace location provides just that. Plus the staff is super helpful which is a wonderful quality to the value of this Ace Hardware!

Pleasant staff, helpful.quickly located what i needed, reasonably priced and on my way, did i say quickly, also i didn't have to walk a half mile to get it.
