Alta Vista Village Apartments, Phoenix AZ

These apartments have come along way since I moved in here 2 years ago. The staff here is friendly, funny, at times stern and they actually stay on top of major issues and/or concerns and has made this community more homier. Maintenance and security are always one phone call away. 2 years ago I would have rated Alta Vista Village Apartments a 1. Impressive improvements.

My daughter and her 3 daughters and grandson live there. It's a HORRIBLE place to live. Shootings, car vandalized and management is so rude. You Don't want to be directed to this.

Alta villa vista Habitually violates AR 33-1343D 48 hour inspection notice.
Latest notification is signed and dated 5/19/23 However there was no delivery to tenants 5-19,5-20,5-21, it was not present on 5-22-23 1am or 2am it appeared folded in door between 7: 30 am and1: 30 pm
Inspection time and dateon notice is Tuesday May 23rd 2023 apartment will be entered between 9: 00am and 6: 00 pm.
I as a tenant have no issues as long as landlord ia not abuseing the 48 hr notice regulation rites, I as a tenant have.
There are the standardwarnings for failure to comply. The problem is from the way it was delivered it is non enforcable because they have not abided AZ law it is harassment and a vehicle making illegal threats this is also 3rd inspection notice in 45 days, where first 2 management was a no show. Previous 2 notices were also non-compliant with ARS 33-1343. D

The staffs are nice and they really do everything they can to make sure you understand the terms and conditions but to be honest the first time we moved in like after one month. People started shooting and like four gunshots hit my bedroom window and my living room, also my brothers bed window.
But now those bad people who used to use guns are no long living here, so far we have been living in peace for a while! Thank God who protect us back then

Your reviews are terrible and I wanted to move in there but why don't you take time and fix things the way you should

Cool living if you like random gunfire, cars spinning the block, and murder.but to he average human can survive anything,
