Took a brand new dress shirt to get pressed out and had to iron it before I could wear it.thanks for nothing.

So today I was calling around some seamstresses to see if they could fix my pair of shorts and I came across their number on google so I called them. The “manager” answered the phone and I explained to her how they ripped so she can get an idea of what I’m calling about and she told me to die and hung up on me. So I called again and then kept hanging up on me so I went into the store to speak with the manager as this was my first time ever calling this establishment i wanted to see what the problem was. Once I got there I asked to speak to the owner or the manager or if i can have their number because I wanted to let them know how their employees answered their phone and they all denied any info. She accused me of calling her store and harrassing them for weeks, keep in mind this morning 4/15/23 was the first time I ever called this place. And she was completely rude and called the police and had me trespassed. All this over a phone call inquiring about their services. And NEVER did she apologize for her disgusting choice of words over the phone. I wouldn’t give this company a penny and I will tell everyone and anyone I know to NEVER give this sad, pathetic of a business any clientele.

The ladies that work in here are wonderfully. They do great work and are so nice when I take my suites in to be taylored.

The staff is friendly, very nice, and has great customer service. I went to take my pants to get Hem, and she said I could have it done by Saturday for $36.00 dollars for two pants. That's a very good price. Thank you for taking me on short notice if you are reading this truly great full

Cleaning was good, and done before it was expected. Ony of my buttons was missing when I brought it home, and no response to several calls. Unfortunately I went out of town for a few days and couldn't get it taken care of, but no response to several calls and messages

They have been hemming my pants there for about 5 years. The customer service is exceptional: She remembered my name. Now I left a shirt for an alteration I really appreciate this place.

I picked up my 3 piece suit today in which I had alterations done on my pants, and also had it pressed I paid for it in full at drop off, low and behold I was quoted and additional fee because I was told that they had to press my vest which was dropped off with the suit in the beginning. The person gave me a huge attitude and also trying to put it off on someone else and said they made a mistake and It was her that I dealt with in the beginning. The work was done well but I just didn’t need the attitude. I think in the future if I need work done, I will try to find another location.
