The day of the glass replacement I received a call from the technician and gave me a time when he would arrive. He was in and out in about 30 minutes gave me a full information on leaving the tape on for 24 hours and not to wash vehicle for three days. Really appreciate it that information. Very professional and would definitely use this company again and thank you all for your time.

Their employee Adele is extremely rude for no reason and I will never do business with them if they allow their employees to act this way.

I have no experience with them to know whether they are capable of doing quality work or to know if they can do acceptable repairs or replacements. What I do know, is that I just received an illegal telemarketing call from them. I can assure you as I have been in the auto repair business for 50 some years and I know that honest, dependable, repair facilities that do a good job, do not have to stoop as low as to feel they have perform illegal telemarketing to bolster their business. Why would a good company even take the chance? I would never do business with this company or any company that feels they do not have to comply with rules and regulations that are put in place to protect the consumer. My next complaint is to the FTC.

I cannot say how amazing this business is! They are fantastic to work with and really honest people who pride themselves on great customer service. I accidentally overpaid for my windshield repair by $100 and I got a call from Chad who then asked how I could get my $100 back because I overpaid. If this example doesn’t showcase how trustworthy they are, then I don’t know what else would.

Jeremy, the employee who repaired my glass was also amazing. He called me prior to ensure I would be home and was able to get my windshield fixed in a timely manner. He was also very gracious in answering all of the questions I had about the glass.

Chad was greet to work with. My car was not an easy one to get parts for. Right after setting up my windshield replacement, my driver side front window was damaged by someone trying to break in my car. I called Chad to see if he could replace the window for me. It took him some time to locate the part, but he was able to locate it within a couple of weeks. Which is pretty good considering how many things are on back order these days! I will definitely call him again if I need my windshield replaced.

I would definitely use this company again. They went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for me. They also communicated very well with me when they couldn’t get my windshield when they thought they could. I appreciated them letting me know what was going on.

My windshield had recently developed a large crack over the drivers side and was needed to be replaced, when I spoke with James he was very helpful and was able to work with my insurance company to get things scheduled quickly. John, my technician was able to work around my schedule. He was extremely helpful and friendly.
