Amazing Nail Spa

I was in the salon yesterday, I saw all new people’s. I don’t see Vivian or Kristine at the shop anymore. It’s new management now. Literally the worst pedicure I have ever received. She pressured me with up charge after up charge. Told me it would be extra for callous removal and left my feet in the same condition I came in. Rushed through the entire thing and didn’t spend any significant amount of time on any part of the service. 0/10 I will never go back. Who’s has Vivian, Kristine or Jenn phone number please contact me. I’m very appreciate

I went it and there was a new owner, she told me that Vivian and Christine moved to phx. They did not move. I was an able to locate them. Go to their face book, it’s under Amazing Nail Spa.

I took my daughter to get her to pedicure and manicure for her graduation and the polish came off the next day had to go somewhere else it was poor service the nail tech had her kid running around the shop bothering the customers and employees

Every time I've been to Amazing Nails for the past 12 months, I've had a fantastic experience. The nail technicians are very clean, professional and talented. My nails lasted 4 weeks without lifting or cracking/falling out.highly recommended!

Kristen and Vivian are amazing when doing nail designs. I been a customer since they open. Jenny does the best pedicure. I always recommend them.

Kristine was my nail tech today. She was friendly professional and worked very quickly. I am happy with her service and overall this Amazing Nail location. I found this shop in early 2023 and I'm so glad that I did.

Vivian always does a fantastic job on my nail designs. Tony rocked my dipped nails. I hadn't seen her for a while and popped in this shop and she was here. I'm so excited!

The salon is cozy, tranquil and extremely nice which I love. A really big Thank You to Christina for making my nails look fab evertime. Regardless, I leave feeling emotionally, physically and spiritually rested, restored and renewed.

I’ve been a customer since they opened their doors 8 yrs ago and they are truly amazing and fair priced. Love them and recommend them to all. The owner does great nail design and Jen is the best at pedicures.

I loved this nail spa! They were super nice and I absolutely loved the service! The lady spoke to me like I was a friend instead of a customer and I felt so comfortable in there! I highly recommend it!

I've been here lots of times. But the last two times were pretty much a disaster.

I went by myself about 4 weeks ago. I got a mani and pedi. They were nicely done. But when I got home I noticed on the receipt that they charged me for the $60 pedicure instead of the $35 pedicure I received. I was a bit mad, but didn't bother to do anything. So it's partly my fault for not complaining.

Then I went in about a week ago and I always get gel, and I picked out a pale pink color. I went in about noon and there was only one nail tech there. I was directed to a pedicure chair. Then another tech came in and started my pedicure. Then the original nail tech there came over and gave me my whole manicure while I was getting my pedicure! Bad idea.

My pedicure was really good while the second tech did it. My manicure was just bad. There was polish on the sides of my finger, the polish didn't go all the way down to the bottoms of my nails, and the polish wasn't all even. It looked bad. You could see where it was crooked from her doing it in the pedicure chair instead of at the work station.

Then the first tech made the second tech leave and she painted my toe nails. They were okay. But I don't know if the second tech even got my tip. I normally tip very well. But I didn't that time.

I finally just got it redone at another salon a week later because I was tired of seeing that bad job. Won't go back.
