Be prepared to unload your own load. Unless you with Amazon, they will not touch it in your truck, and the lady in recieving tht is there in the early day, is rude and is inconsiderate! She lied saying that they only receive one delivery every hour, which infact, while she making me wait 2 1/2 hrs for my 2pm delivery time I watched several other deliveries come in on trucks. So if you have a appointment forget trying to get in early!

Not to happy with a delivery from Amazon deliver driver. The drive delivers my package to my door but never knocked on my door to inform me of the delivery. Yeah, I got the package.

Placed my order with Amazon Fresh, waited till 2am with no notification that my order was never picked up but yet I got email saying it was on the way. Definitely not the Amazon way of running a building for the customers.

Pickup at this location is too slow, it took 45 mins for them to get the packages for me to deliver. Trillion dollar company that can't seem to get it together.

I enjoy delivering packages for Amazon Flex. The people are usually happy to receive their packages, pay is good, flexible schedule, support and ground staff are helpful and friendly, and you get to drive your own car. Good Program- would recommend to others.

This use to be the location with the best employees. I hope they transferred over to the new DPX5 location.

I wish this location would have more shifts like they did in the past. The employees here are consistently in good moods and they always make it a good experience when coming here. When I see DPX1 in the avail offers I do not hesitate to grab it.

Impossible to get info on how to actually become a Flex Driver. No #’s to call, no HR, no website to apply etc. How do I apply, start working & learn about the opportunities available. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get info or speak to someone. Any feedback, info etc would be appreciated.

(Amazon Flex Partner) The warehouse employees are friendly towards those of us coming for a block. Unfortunately, it seems there’s a bit of a disconnect in communication here regarding efficiency and employee duties/current role. For instance, you will be waiting 10-20 minutes some days before getting a route, only to notice people on breaks while hearing complaints of frustration regarding work ethic when only 2-3 people are moving racks to position for us. It’s inconvenient when you’re paid a set amount for 3-4 hours because you can/will run over.

I have noticed that, unlike DPX3 in Chandler, there are more mistakes in general with packages missing or on the flip, obtaining packages that are not part of your route. Also, it seems DPX3 times route length appropriately. During high traffic hours or night for long-distance routes (eg, Surprise or Sun City AZ deliveries), you will run over your block. Last night my block ended at 8: 00 but I was out in Peoria until 9: 30 due to taking over an hour to drive there in traffic and high volume of packages. If I was to finish on time, I needed to have completed 44 deliveries in 2 hours. Thus far, I haven’t had this issue with DPX3. When I have far routes, I have significantly less stops as it should be.

As independent contractors they fire you up so easy. They pay well but doesn't count how hard you work for them

Super hard to even park or drive by, everyone parking on side of street running through traffic. Kind of dangerous plus there are train tracks intersecting the entrance.

Two stars for fast unloading because you do it yourself, but you have to wait for them until they get to you. I guess they have different priorities than receiving. Sometimes if you are lucky, will get out in 1 hour, sometimes in 3. Usually I deliver 1-2 pallets.

I currently work this location. It is always well organized and expeditious. I have however, encountered a couple hiccups in the correlating app. Otherwise, I would give it a fifth star.

Quick and simple amazon warehouse, dont expect help as a driver there is no such thing in the flex area. In Amazons eyes drivers are always held responsible even when clearly not the drivers fault.

Never have to wait very long for a route on the busy days, unlike DPX3. The guys and gals at DPX1 are killin' it!
