Hanna The GM at this location is absolutely amazing! Highest customer service and grace. So professional and solution driven. After calling multiple theaters over 3 days she helped me reschedule my theater rental time for my daughters bday! Thanks to her everyone can make it and it's going to be great! I'm so grateful! And it wasn't even for her location. But she helped me anyway. Thank you Hanna! Anyone, Please tell me if there is another place I can send this review that goes straight to corporate. I couldn't fine a place online.

Horrible! Went to watch a movie with my husband, teens in the movie talking NONSTOP! I asked an attendant to get them out after interpreting the WHOLE movie, they WEREN’T escorted out! Continue to talk LOUDLY throughout the movie! & ON TOP OF THAT the movie screen turn black while the movie still playing, after a gentleman went & aware an attendant of what’s going on, miss a good FEW minutes of the movie. Worst experience I EVER HAD AT AMC! Was expecting better after not going due to the pandemic and now will less likely to attend.

Their dolby theater is AWESOME! Seats are super comfortable & the spacing of the sections of seating makes it feel like your at a private showing of a film. Great spot!

Rented the entire theatre for the wife and I for valentines day. Actually affordable due to covid of course. Pretty awesome either way.

The mall and AMC kicked everyone out due to a bomb threat. But AMC would not refund tickets and food paid for over the phone, and in person we would be able to get the movie and food but not refund. We don't live in the area so this is not a good solution by them.

Mmmm, $5 for a small OJ, $10 for a small popcorn. I get inflation and tough times but it doesn't help the stars. Employees were nice. On top row, Plexy glass glass in front of isle was dirty and being on the short side, i have to look through it to see the bottom of the screen. (Kinda annoying)

Amazing company doing whatever they can to keep employees paid. Renting out an entire theater is just genius. The stonk is pretty great too.

Great theater and seats. Worst popcorn I've ever had. Love the drink stations. Super over price food and drinks.

I watched South Pacific here and it was great. The theatre is clean, concession and lobby staff are friendly. Seating is very comfortable. Only loud noises from "The Meg" next door diminished the experience. I am veryexcited by the other entertainment offerings ay this theatre such as the opportunity to see Sir Ian McKellen in a National Theatre production of King Lear on Sept. 27. That should be outstanding

After having a terrible experience at a nearby Harkins, this little theater at the arrowhead mall has really come a long way. Amazing would highly recommend

Staff friendly and helpful. Movie was great. Love there choices of drinks and the snack bar. The reclining seats are comfortable.

If you want to see a classic movie, don’t bother. All you hear is loud noise from theater next door. Loud banging noise from the Dolby sound. Constantly interrupts. Went to see West Side Story, South Pacific and Rudy in recent weeks. Will seek out another location.

This mall is really good. It's very clean and is so interesting to look at. They designed it very well so crowds aren't a worry.

Our theater was next door to a theater with Dolby sound. Unfortunately it was loud and vibrated our seats. Also, the lights came on half way through the show, low light, but did not go off.

Saw the Sound of Music - a special event. DO NOT SEE ANYTHING LIKE THIS AT THIS THEATER! They put the showing right next to a Dolby sound movie. The theater literally shuttered with loud sounds, music, etc.during the entire event. It was a total waste of money! Seriously? The place was empty otherwise and could have been shown in another theater down the hall. We were disappointed and felt ripped off - never again!

I like this theater but they are always sold out for seating. And if I have a voicher for a free movie I can never use it online to buy tickets. I give it a meh.

I love the big comfortable reclyning chairs! Sets them apart from other theaters since they have this plus option!

The movies here consist of the most current genre out in theaters. The reserved seating is a plus because it saves on fumbling for a seat, especially if we run a few minutes late. The theaters are clean in general, but I have discovered a few spills and popcorn in my seat before I sat down. That doesn't happen all the time, though. The food is typical theater style food. They are usually crowded on the weekends, so go a bit early.

It's nice to have reserved seats, the surcharge is excessive, and unless you're a premium member, they make you wait in the poor man's line. It's especially irritating if your movie is about to start, or if you run out for a refill. They really are geared for customers who want to pay for luxury. The bar is great.
