American airlines will lie to you and tell you there is bad weather to cover up their inability to keep staff. My flight was diverted to Boise from SLC even though another American flight from the same location, along with 11 other flights landed during that time. We were told that we didn't have fuel to circle the airport but somehow magically had enough to fly 350 miles away from our destination.
Once they unboarded us there was zero, I mean zero sympathy or customer service offered. We were told the food options were closed and because it was weather related no compensation would be offered. When I brought up that the weather didn't seem to stop any other flights I was told by Allison to go away and call American.
There is a group of children here with no parents and the attendants have left them alone at least 6 times while I've been here. Please see the attached pictures to see how American Airlines treats their customers who just paid over $1300 for a ticket.

My Wife was told that she needed to force our 2 year old autistic son to wear a mask. Then she was given a "formal notice" that she is no longer permited to fly american airlines for refusing to force an autistic todler to wear a mask. As if we would ever think of giving this circus another penny. Crew member even lied and said she also refused to wear a mask. The whole crew was rude and treated her like she was less than human. We will see if these authoritarian facists leave her stranded out of state in a few hours. I would rather walk than ever fly american airlines again. Air crew or not nobody should treat people like garbage.

What a circus these people run! Changing gates constantly, leaving 15-20 minutes early before ppl arrive, since they changed gates. This is my son watching other flights. Now they’ve been stuck on their plane almost 2 hours. They have a handicapped 3 yr old and she’s worn out. What a joke
