American Child Care Center, Phoenix AZ

I use to go here with my siblings. We were all well behaved except for my brother at the time who was 3 so were mostly ignored for the most part. They made sure we were fed and that we didn't die. That was the extent. I remeber getting toys dropped on my head and getting kicked down the playground equipment while the attendant did nothing. (Some of the attendants were very attentive and sweet it was mostly the manager and co manager that did nothing). In other words your child will be ignored unless they become friendly with the staff (favoritsm). My 3 year old brother who was not "well behaved" would be placed in the front office sitting there and doing nothing. I'm unsure of what he did but he wasn't allowed to communicate to his peers or hang out outside or eat his meals with his peers. Instead he sat at the front for who knows how long and nobody would listen to him. I believed this caused him to have a speech impediment bc he would come home frustrated and not talking to his family because he believed no one would listen. He's now 8 and still struggling with his speech and getting bullied at school for it.
