An estimate was given and accepted on site and the team had the 400 sqft job completed on the 3rd day. Very happy with the experience, results, and my new old garage.

American Epoxy always does a fantastic job. I have had them complete over 100,000 sqft of my properties and they have never missed a beat. The solutions they have for any and all floor types are incredible. Floors that look completely unsalvageable end up sparkling. The team is extremely professional and on time. They take care to prevent dust/epoxy from contaminating adjacent areas. Dont bother calling anyone else.

Many folks have stopped by and admired the difference the epoxy has made in my yard. American Epoxy did a fantastic job; showing up when promised, doing an excellent job and cleaning up before leaving. Price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend them

At least 6 times about 3 years ago they were at my house on initial coating but due to the concrete bubbling into the epoxy coating (looked like bubble wrap) they had to remove the first three applications and recoat the floor. This they did willingly each time. The last time here they repaired a 6 inch by 12 inch area that had cracked and peeled from the concrete floor. The same thing has happened again and they haven't replied at all to phone text messages. Also, my socks are catching on raised sprinkles from earlier coating applications. Their reputation has taken a big hit with me.

The following is my OPINION of this company. See the Arizona Anti-SLAPP law.

RUN THE OTHER WAY and don’t buy the stellar reviews, “awards, ” or AEA’s fabulous sale’s pitch. It’s all smoke and mirrors: the company did not stand behind their work. Period. It also seems like the positive reviews are being artificially generated, especially after any negative review is posted. Note also how negative reviews somehow get “pushed down” in the reviews list. AEA also seems to have an law firm on retainer to send out “cease and desist” letters at a moments notice to those who give negative reviews of AEA’s work, so it seems like this is also part of their business model: that AEA knows it doesn’t do good work and so has prepared for the eventuality of negative reviews by intimidating reviewers with these letters. This, admittedly, is conjecture, but a reasonable inference that shapes one’s opinion.

We are remodeling a home in Tucson and needed a garage floor coating. We have owned four properties where we have had garage floor coatings that were superbly installed by professionals. American Epoxy Arizona, LLC (“AEA”) — formed only in May of 2018 — is not run in a professional manner, in my opinion. We found out after the fact that AEA in Tucson is, based on information and belief, the butt of jokes and eye-rolling among other companies that need to come in and fix their atrocious work — apparently this happens often based on information and belief.

My general contractor obtained three (3) bids for professional coating of our garage floor. Although AEA was the MOST EXPENSIVE, AEA’s salesman was evidently a great salesman and made representation and reassured of all the details that were expected: that the cracks and expansion joints would be filled, the floor surfaced smoothly, and the epoxy brought slightly up the block walls for a curb effect and to help with washout. So, we went with AEA.

What AEA sold to us, however, wasn’t done. The floor rather looks like a weekend project done by some junior high school students after buying some epoxy at Home Depot. It’s amateurish. This assessment was further verified by a garage flooring expert who inspected it, and said it was atrocious: orange peel because epoxy was not applied fast enough and was curing and getting sticky, and was, of all things, a cheap water based product that was used, not real epoxy or polyaspartic — as almost all professionals now use for its strength and it won’t yellow; he used his fingernail (!) to show how easily it was chipping off chipping off, and there are runs, puddles, cracks not filled, etc: he saw and confirmed it all.

Based upon information and belief, AEA also doesn’t stand behind their work. “Take the money and run” should, apparently, be their motto.

My builder has tried to communicate with them multiple times to get a response from them but they blow him off and then send him a cryptic text message saying something like “we can’t help you. ” Astounding. The owner apparently doesn’t even have the decency, ethics, or integrity to call my builder and talk with him about their shoddy work. He apparently wants to pretend it didn’t happen. Further, AEA wouldn’t even come back and look at their own work issues to see them: cracks were not filled, there are runs in the coating, and the finish looks poor. AEA simply doesn’t care. This, in my opinion, is unscrupulous and unethical behavior.

AEA damaged our floor and has effectively saddled my builder with doing repairs of its own defective work — it will cost more now because AEA’s “work” has to now be undone. It would have have been better if AEA never attempted it and damaged the floor. These are consequential damages in addition to direct contractual damages.

The floor still is as AEA left it, and never driven on, and our schedule has been negatively impacted by AEA since professional companies have a waiting list.

Very professional. Looks great. Good sized crew. We had warmer weather, they took it into account and started very early and finished for the day each day before the heat. Very satisfied.

Used American Epoxy for a customers garage floor. The sales man sold us with a bunch of great promises and guarantees. Once the floor was supposably completed and I told them we were not satisfied they would not even take the time to come look at the project. The salesman said he would come back out, them the morning of the appointment he called and cancelled. We have "Orange Peel" finish in some areas, pooling of the epoxy in others, runs down the front of the step, and the crack that was promised to be covered is extremally visual. The entire company from salesman, receptionist, and owner is unresponsive and unprofessional. Waist of money.

American Epoxy Arizona has a solid process, industry leading tools, methods, and materials, personable, clean, knowledgeable workforce, and the reason I know this is because I am VERY guarded with my finances and beat the research to death enough to do the job myself. (Air Force jet mechanic) During our project I was that annoying client that talked to the workers during the whole process and asked ten-thousand questions.
Companies these days seem to be shady, unskilled, and lack final product quility. AMERICAN EPOXY ARIZONA restored my faith, and set the standard of how a contractor should operate.
They are not the CHEAPEST, but the high quality product and service is far greater than the price would suggest.
Feel free to contact me directly if you have questions.

I recently had the pleasure of witnessing the remarkable epoxy floor work done by the talented team at American Epoxy. Although the final result is yet to be seen by me, I am already in awe of the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed in the pictures and by the staff.

From the very beginning, the professionalism and expertise of the team were evident. They meticulously assessed the space, providing valuable recommendations and insights along the way. Their knowledge of epoxy flooring was truly impressive, and it was clear that they were passionate about their craft.

The transformation that took place was nothing short of breathtaking. The flawless finish, seamless transitions, and vibrant colors used in the design have turned the floor into a true work of art. The precision and technical skill involved in achieving such a flawless result are truly commendable.

Not only does the epoxy floor look stunning, but it also holds up to the highest standards of durability and functionality. The team's commitment to using top-of-the-line materials and their meticulous application process ensure that this floor will withstand the test of time.

Throughout the entire process, the staff demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They were attentive to my concerns and requests, making me feel like a valued customer every step of the way.

The pictures alone do not do justice to the incredible workmanship and attention to detail that went into creating this masterpiece.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend American Epoxy for any epoxy flooring project. Their technical expertise, artistic vision, and outstanding customer service set them apart from the rest. Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction and gratitude. Thank you for delivering a truly amazing epoxy floor that exceeded all expectations!

Johnny and his crew arrived on time and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They were very conscience of the proximity to our neighbors and their property. Highly impressed with this team!

Wow! I don't typically do not write reviews. But it is very very rare to find a contractor or business (that comes to your home) that does what they say they will do, has great communication, and staff that provides professional customer service. I could not be happier with the experience. From the time we met with the sales person to the final hand shake by the installer I felt confident I was working with a company that stand behind their work.

American Epoxy Arizona exceeded all of my expectations. The professionalism of the installation team and extreme attention to detail resulted in a first class garage floor. The team treated the installation as if it were their own home. Even in the extreme heat, they took the time to ensure it was completed to perfection. I would absolutely recommend American Epoxy Arizona to anyone looking for a high performance garage floor coating!
