At first I was quoted a wrong dollar amount due to a glitch in the system, but someone called right away to let me know why it occurred and how it can be fixed. I loved that they explained my policy to me in detail as well as going over all the different kinds of ways I can save money. I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to help.
