Was told except walkins until 2 o’clock. I showed up at two and was told there was no way I could be seen. Will not recommend this place. Was the first time patient I’m looking for a primary care doctor this will not be the place

Costumer service so bad, I spoke on the phone with one of worker, and she was so rude, that was my first time calling the place and I am sure its my last!

The girl in administration is very kind! Dr. Lopez is as honest as can be. Sometimes you do wait a bit but overall I have nothing but great experiences here

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place is super unprofessional. Its posted to wait out side if there is 5 or more people in the lobby. But when they call your name and you don't come (because you are out side) they skip you. The lady at the front has an attitude and seems like she hates her job. I wouldn't recommend unless you have to go. Then you make an appointment to sit and wait 2 hours to be seen and you pay for itand they don't see you until YOU say something. THIS PLACE IS A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE MEDICAL FEILD

The Service is not bad but i giving one star because the administration is so BAD, be careful if you stop services with them they send you to COLLECTION WITHOUT ANY ADVICE, the last appointment i had the girl ad the desk told me how much i own so i pay, few days after that they called me to make and appointment, i just cancel the appointment and told them that i make an appointment when i need it and now i receive the COLLECTION LETTER, i call them, leave a message and they never called me back. Plus the Dr. Lopez was in a bad mood, he is not friendly at all. Just DON'T GO THERE!

Horrendous service. I went to the office to have my blood test results read to me. I PAID them for this service. And after 30 minutes of having me wait, Dr. Lopez nonchalantly tells me he doesn't have my results. They took my money and wasted an hour and a half of my day for nothing! This was 2-3 weeks ago and I still cannot get Dr. Lopez to give me a call to explain my results to me! I've explained that I'm only available on Saturdays and yet Dr. Lopez and his staff keep telling ME to call the office on Monday. They took my money for a service that they never provided! This is outrageous! Absolute worst experience I have EVER had with a doctor. I am even considering reporting them.

One of the worst doctors office is I have ever been to in my life with the worst service ever! I recommend never coming near this place if you want help because this will be the last place to give it to you. They have so much staff and no one does nothing for you.

Great communication, properly diagnosed me and got me treated and on my way. Dr Lopez is an amazing human being.

I use to be a patient for Dr Lopez. I'm diagnosed with sever anxiety, and panic disorder. I came to him because he said he will help me. But after a short time he started to be less caring and not caring what I have to tell him. He would say stay out of trouble like if he knew me or if like I was some trouble maker to society. It's so easy to criticize and break down the spirit of others but to know your self takes a life time. #Notprofessional. What kinda doctor has 16 years of experience and after his career run being so lacking of his skills. Well he graduated

But still Lacks of of his skills. And he got awarded for patients award for having good reviews. I bet all those reviews were friends and family just to make him look good. This Dr is not professional at all. He looks at you, does all the basics, blood work ETC. Then says oh you have this and that. Puts you on a medication that you don't Evan need or never heard of. He wants to be rude and laugh at his patients, I would recommend not coming here. #HeNeedsAdiet #RetirePlease
He doesn't Evan fit in his proper clothing as a doctor. And when they say he's in a meeting he's actually out on a date like common man what's first your clients or your cougar's. Damn I could keep going but it's not worth it. God bless

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lopez for almost 3 years and he also treats my children. I am very happy with him as my physician and the staff is very friendly and have the best customer service ever experienced. They are always available to help you with anything, and are so thoughtful and caring.

I went in extremely sick and ever since i walked in i had nothing but the best treatment. Everyone was so attentive and got me in right away. I highly recommend this clinic! Great staff service
