They are an incredible team, kind, professional, the doctor is very affectionate and kind. I am very happy to have moved to this clinic, you leave very pleased, the laboratory technician is very friendly and professional. I give it 5 ️️️️️.

Would not recommend any of the American Family clinics. I called today to schedule an appt and they refused to schedule me because I’ve seen a different doctor before. These people only want money and don’t care about your health. They should be in the money making industries instead of medicine because that’s their only goal

The Clinic was very clean and the doctor was very kind and affectionate. What I didn't like was that she bought a package for $150 for my mother who doesn't have health insurance. The package included the visit, electrocardiogram and laboratories. When I was leaving they asked me 25 dollars more for an extra analysis that I don't know what it was and they never told me they were going to do it, I complained to them and one told me one thing and the other told me another, I never understood but in the end I paid what I was going to do is my mother And the other thing is that while I was asking for explanations, one of them only knew how to make faces with her mouth and face. I was very disappointed. BE CAREFUL WITH THE PACKAGES.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star…my mom went in today wasn’t feeling well with no appointment still waited 5 hours to only be told there was nothing wrong with her but prescribed penicillin and gave her a shot. I know with no appointment you have to wait but 5 hours if ridiculous. Would recommend this office back then but I WOULD not recommend this doctor (she) at all. Gives a bad attitude when you ask questions and doesn’t seem to care for her patients. Might be different with other patients but rude to my mom. Find another place

Never see the same doctor it's always somebody different however they always are polite and listen good doctors here. The bad reviews on the wait time don't have me come in at 9: 30 to sit here until 10: 45 to go back to another room to sit for another hour that is what I'm upset about. You want to charge $45 to $80 for a no-show or for being 15 minutes late and my insurance docu the same amount or See Me 2 hours after my appointment?

Worst place ever I have gone to. I waited for 2 and half hours and asked the office staff, they said doctor is new and reading my papers. Does the doctor really takes so much long time reading a patient history for 1 hour?

If you could wait whole day then you can go there otherwise don’t waste your precious time.

Do not go to this office. I’ve been here three times and ALL three times I’ve waited for over an hour to be seen. I arrive on time and this office does not offer you the same courtesy. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait the front desk staff cannot give me an answer. Today after waiting for an hour and a half the doctor walked by me and said there were two other people ahead of me. No apology. No explanation. No professionalism. I am definitely going to be looking for a new doctor This is ridiculous!
