I am a very loyal customer of AFW. I have all my furnitures from there. Recently I bought a dining table from them. It was an Ashley dining table. I was getting the same dining table in Ashley but just because I regularly buy from AFW I bought it from there. After a few days the top wooden part started coming out and now a lot of it has come out. I called them and a technician came to check (I paid $25). The technician said this is a manufacturing defect. Then no one contacted me. Today when I called and spoke to Ms Diane she said this is because of water and they will not fix this until I pay for the repair. Where on the earth can a dining table be kept without wiping with water. Is this a TV? I said if you cannot replace please repair it without any cost to me but she was adamant she won't do anything. Is this a customer service we get after being a loyal customer. This is very expensive dining table and the whole top part is coming out.

We had a great experience with Nadedja, from whom we purchased 2 loveseats. The delivery was stellar. Two gentlemen were friendly, quick and very careful. We highly recommend that people check out AFW while shopping for furniture.

American Furniture has nothing but the best in selections and the best prices. Their costumers service is awesome, in the store and their delivery. When they tell you at what time they will delivery, that’s the time they will arrive! My precious wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and their service. Love their furniture selections and prices. Great delivery's and pretty much on time. My one issue with them is that 70% of the items on floor are out of stock. Which I understand is what it is. But They know what is out of stock and could save me, a shopper, some time by showing what is out of stock. The sales people try to take care of the customers.

Almost our entire house is furnished from AFW. Guests always ask where we got our furniture from, and we are proud to tell them from AFW. We HIGHLY Recommend them!

We put a purchase in for a couch and was told that it would be delivered in a month and a half. We waited for its delivery and got no update. When we called, we found out that it had still not arrived and would at least be another month. Customer service was extremely poor.

We ended up buying another couch from living spaces that was delivered for free the next day. I advise that you do not waste your time and shop somewhere else.

Great prices and quality. Customer service is excellent. I noticed a tear just after the delivery guys left. Called customer service and had things handled immediately. Got an exchange right away. Very easy to work with.

No associates to help customers was there for over an hour and not one person asked if I needed assistance. Not only that I had to pull this sign I wanted to buy off the wall only to get to the register and the lady said she had to call the warehouse. I asked what the issue was since there was a price on it and she had no answer. Of course nobody from the warehouse answered the phone and I said forget it. I don't have the time to wait around as I've already been here over an hour and nobody on the floor wanted to assist me either. I will NEVER shop there again

This was our first time using AFW and wow are we blown away. So far we ordered a bedroom set, a desk, filing cabinet, RUBIC CUBE ottoman and a stool. We were blown away with our salesman Cordell. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to order our dining furniture we have picked out. Thank you AFW

I am very upset I had purchased a desk and an office chair, well the chair was out of stock at the time ok fine they tell me it’s going to be out for two weeks ok fine. This was in July, they call me today to tell me it’s there, so I ask because it’s been so long, I ask can I have it delivered for the inconvenience Justin in customer service tells me ya for a fee, I ask well it’s been so long he states well it’s been here since July 9th really and I’m just getting a call today wow, I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me he is the manager, wow I didn’t know managers call you back from customer service very rude guy, so I ask to speak to someone else he’s stated there isn’t anyone else, that anyone hire them him done speak to customers. I believe this will be my last time purchase anything else from this store.

Always enjoy shopping and purchasing furniture from AFW. Always a great experience and delivery is always on time and very professional drivers who deliver the furniture. They're in and out in no time at all! The quality is great and the people are very helpful and so nice to work with. Thank you again AFW.

Not happy about still waiting for chairs since May, trying to have me purchase the table with out the chairs makes no sense.

Salesman, Shane Hooper, was very nice and very helpful. He spent a lot of time with us picking out just the right furniture, and took extra care to make sure all delivery details were correct.

Always helpful and not pushy staff. Bobby was especially helpful finding us exactly what we needed. He helped us with measurements and stock availability as this country has shortages in so many things. Delivery was less than a week. They were in constant touch about delivery time. They were very polite and were in and out quickly while still showing us about our sofa sleeper. AFW has the best prices! Most of our home has been furnished by them.

I purchased an office setting that was luxurious. It was delivered in excellent condition and the delivery staff were professionals and quick. I am so pleased with my experience that I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for the warehouse to open so that I can find more pieces for my space!
