America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Mesa AZ

Awesome customer service. I brought my prescription in and was able to get sunglasses that my Dr did not have. Glasses were ready in less than the 2 weeks.

I came to America's best by accident, I was going to Walmart when I noticed a new America's Best Store, it's near my house, much closer than the other two stores that I was used to going to, so I stop in to get my glasses adjusted and I met Celia and she was so helpful and the whole staff was friendly nice friendly, so I asked about getting an eye exam, which was free because I belonged to the eye care club, so I ended getting a pair of glasses here although they were out of my insurance network, this is a new store on Greenfield and Mckellopps and I would recommend it to all my friends because there is hardly in waiting and everyone is courteous and helpful, the appear to be one big happy family, Tricia the GM was very friendly, I met Emily and Sheena, they all were helping and they really made my day, I just want to do something nice for them because they were so nice to me.

Lizzie is very unhelpful. I had an appt scheduled for December 5th and the Dr. Called off sick so I rescheduled it for
January 12th. I got a whole new pack of contacts in November. One ripped a week
Into the pair and another popped out of my eye while on vacation and I am blind. The location in MiSSOURI since I am on vacation said I had to call the one in A Z because it’s the my DR to extend it since it expires on December 28th not due to my fault but the DR calling off. Lizzie did not sound understanding at all the first time I called said the manager wouldn’t be in for an hour and took my number and the DR as well. I called back again and she said it was before anything but as open I was calling and said let me guess this is Heather very rudely. I said you opened at 9 so I don’t know how it’s before anything opens. I’m super upset because I’m stuck being blind because the dr called off and I wouldn’t be in this situation.

All were so accommodating and efficient. I will certainly recommend this store and of course will return!

Order contacts weeks ago and they never called. When I called to see what was going on the "receptionist" didn't know when they arrived and why we never got a called. Daughter went today to pick up contacts and was treated the worst way ever. She had to force them to get a class she already paid for weeks ago. Yes I am not contacting I'm going to give you guys a visit. To see if you guys treat me as you treated my daughter.

Wonderful service! I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist Lizzy at my appointment to get new eye glasses and received exceptional service! I have referred many of my friends and family to this location to get the best care! Ana was wonderful and was so patient when when testing my vision! When I returned to get my new glasses Celia was so helpful! Overall I had a wonderful experience with this location and highly recommend!

My new glasses came in with chips in both lenses from the lab. I went to pick up my glasses at the store about 1: 00 on a Friday and showed the lenses to the clerk. I explained that I was leaving in one week and asked to have new lenses expedited so I could have my glasses for a 3 week long Christmas trip to see family throught the midwest.

I call the following Tuesday to follow up on the progress. No progress! I was put on hold multiple times and explained the whole thing 3 times. Long story short. Tuesday afternoon my chipped lenses were still sitting in the store waiting to be shipped back to the lab. The last employee I spoke with said "we don't expedite, once the lab gets the new lenses, it will take 2 weeks to make new ones".

So I guess as far as Amererics Best is concered. "thats just too bad, we really don't care how inconvenient it is for you".

I dont know if all Americans Best stores are like this one but I wouldn't recommend using the 4424 E. McKellips, Suite 112, Mesa Arizona store.
