5 1/2 hours over 4 visits to get 1 pair of glasses. I will NEVER come back here. I have been a customer for 20 years and there customer service and procedures have gotten ridiculous. Waited 45 mins just to pick up glasses I already ordered. So frustrated!

Location is good for me. The Doctor is very informative the staff are very nice & helpful. This is my second time prescription. Been going there scense 2017.

So took my daughter for the first time to get contacts, and was treated rudely by staff, watched as they talked about me and with other ppl there. NEVER DO I EVER WANT TO GO BACK THERE NOR DOES MY DAUGHTER!
POOR EXCUSE OF A STAFF! HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT ME, AND SAYING I WAS BEING RUDE! ATTENTION TO WHO IS TALKING TO YOU AND MAKING I CONTACT IS A KEY ROLL WHEN TALKING TO SOMEONE AND CLEARLY I WASNT TALK TO THE STAFF BUT MY DAUGHTER.

I made an appointment for myself and my 5 year old daughter. I received a voicemail with an expectation for the visit in which she stated my “6 year old” would have her eyes dilated. I don’t have a problem with that except she is 5 not 6, kinda scary they couldn’t figure that out. I called ahead of our visit to provide my eye insurance benefits but instead was put on hold so she could ask the doctor if he would see my daughter because “5 is awfully young”, she placed me on extended hold came back on and told me he guessed he would see her but to come At least 20 minutes early to have her eyes dilated. I asked if 5 years don’t usually get eye exams and she said “not here” of course I then canceled. I have never been made to feel more like an inconvenience! Not to mention now my daughter isn’t going to get an exam before school starts! Poor poor service

Tatum and Thunderbird location is AWESOME! They are handling the covid situation professionally amd handling rude customers with class and respect. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They treat you as if you’re a dying patient of the plague the second you walk in the door. Literally yelling at you the second you walk in the door as if you have done something wrong. You are a business, treat people with dignity and respect. If you’re fearful of the world, please stay home, don’t project your own problems on anyone else. We have enough problems going these days. The least you could do is treat people like human beings. I’ve never dealt with trashier customer service.

The prices were great, thats what brought me in to begin with. Be warned though - Sue at the front desk is rude and has a bad attitude, and another woman, whom I did not catch what her name tag said, was very judgmental on my glasses choices. Asked me to try them on for HER and then told me I should go make a different selection because she didnt think they were flattering enough

I've never worn glasses before so I don't know the process, and I don't know what to expect. Evidently my questions and concerns turned irritating because the lady who helped me went from bad to worse really fast. I'll be returning another day to simply find someone who won't take their bad day out on me, but won't be returning after that. It's just as easy to talk to a customer with a little respect as it is to treat them like an irritating three year old. Opt for the former.

I had a bad contact I couldnt keep in my eye so I came in here to set up an eye exam but couldn't get in for 2 days so asked if I could get a temporary contact but they informed me arizona law dont allow that if your prescription has expired so the lady at the counter called the manager over and he must have understood my urgency and was able to get me out of there in less than an hour, great service here! The doctor here is great also probably the best one I've had at any place.

It's seems that they have a process but it is definitely flawed. My appointment was at 1030am for an eye exam. It is now 1220pm, I have seen the doctor but still haven't paid or have gotten my prescription to leave. Once you get someone started in the process keep them going until they are done. Don't keep taking on my patients. Now I am waiting for the doctor to finish with someone who arrived 30 mins after me.

Purchased 2 pair of new glasses 3 days after your newest location opened at the PAVILIONS in Scottsdale. Was a skeptic at first, due to the reasonable prices i saw on your TV ads. SURPRISE, SURPRISE! My experience exceeded all my expectations. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. I was in and out in 45 minutes, including a comprehensive eye exam. I received a call a week later notifying me that my glasses were there and ready to be picked up. Did that and was greeted by the store manager who took a real interest in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I returned for a minor frame adjustment at the location on Tatum Blvd.a month later, and again, the service was friendly, fast and free.

You have put together a real winning combination, and will put a dent into the businesses that are charging hundreds of dollars for basic eye exams and glasses. I have already referred Americas Best to several friends and will continue to do so.

Great location. I can't remember the young lady's name who helped me but she was amazing. I couldn't find a pair of glasses that I really like and after looking through almost every pair, she helped me find the perfect two pairs. I gave it 4 stars only because no one greeted me when I walked in. It was five people standing and sitting behind the desk and no one said a word. I actually had to speak first. The doctor was good also. Overall, I was very pleased! I don't write reviews but this was the best service I experienced on that day.

Dr. Ainsworth is very kind and mild mannered which is great when you're going through an exam. Frame selection could be better but it's not too bad. They need some better plastic choices. Lots of wire frames.

I broke my glasses on vacation.went to see them and was surprised they fixed my glasses for free within few seconds.thank you guys!
the place looks a bit dated and might need a bit of paint and new carpets some day soon.but the guy helping me out made up for that

This is the best location I have encountered in my years and years of going to America's Best. I arrived an hour early and they were very accommodating by getting things rolling early. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. One of the associated, Susan, was amazing. She was so kind and professional. I look forward to my next trip. This location is awesome!

I was excited to learn that i could use my insurance at America's Best. I thought since this location was in a better side of town, they'd have a better selection of glasses. Well that held up to be true until we got there and experienced their service. No one greeted us professionally. No one seemed to be happy to be there that day.
Gave it 2 stars because there was one staff member there who was great and knew all his stuff-he had to help another employee out with the computer system during check out; glad he was there to help to give us the correct information otherwise we would have over paid and not even have known it!
Upon picking up a pair of trial contacts that had to be ordered, I had not even received contact solution or a case or anything!? I really had hoped to like this place more. I do not plan on going back to this location nor would I recommend anyone to this location either.

Felt like I was in an assembly line, guess the reason for the low prices. All in all, I am grateful that I will be receiving glasses. I did register for an account online. When I went to look for my script is wasn't there. I called the store, and the young lady had no clue what I was talking about. When I explained it to her, she simply stated. "oh.we don't use that" really? Why have it there then? Makes me wonder if I really got an accurate eye exam.

Very helpful staff everyone seems extremely nice and I enjoy the atmosphere. The service was super fast and the doctor was very timely in terms of waiting time. Great people great service I would defiantly go again.
