This experience was very seam less. You will not be able to work with just one person, as I received a call on a daily basis from a different person to ensure reviewed the documents in my portal to avoid any delays with closing. The process is efficient, and the team was very helpful with my questions.

This is my second loan with Amerisave, their rates can't be beat. Nathan was very responsive, answered all my questions, and kept in close contact throughout my house hunting process. I would highly recommend him.

Jessica was absolutely great! She was detailed, patient and very informative. She made the process pleasant and when we did run into an issue with a 3rd party vendor (delayed appraisal) she quickly resolved the concern. In addition, she was accessible and easy to talk to as we went through the refi process.

Very deceiving business practices. Nicholas Ramirez rushed through everything and when I questioned the $500 deposit he assured me that even though the paperwork says it's not refundable, it we chose to go to another lender before the appraisal we would get our money back. Stay away from AmeriSave.there is a reason there are so many bad reviews.

I have been going through my refinance since August, qualified for 1.7% at first. Been put through unnecessary delays that have jeopardized my rates. I am now being told that in order to qualify for that percentage I need to borrow more money and pay more for my closing costs. I am currently on my 5th loan officer. Nobody wants to take responsibility for what the last person did or failed to do. I wish I would of never contacted them. It's costing me more money now.

Refinance was simple and rates were good but my agent ignored several emails and texts.
They also sent a check for me to send to one of my credit cards with the wrong name on it, I have been trying to get that fix it for over a week and nothing is done. They were so fast when it came to getting me to sign and pay $500 but after that service has been horrible.
