Amerisleep Scottsdale

Horrible experience filled with confusing double negative misleading responses. I finally asked them to cancel (End of week 3) my order when an answer to my direct clearly articulated question was ignored. Their mattress felt great in store but man something sketchy is goin on at Amerisleep.

This was my second time buying from amerisleep. First was good, bought a mattress and love it. I bought an adjustable base this time because of my great experience with amerisleep the first time. Not so good. After first not being allowed to get the sale price that I was eligible for because of the past purchases, when I received the base, a part was disconnected and the metal pins that hold it in place missing. I contacted the company and they started a “ticket” telling me that someone would call me in 1-2 business days. No call to resolve the issue and send me the missing parts for my bed. I ended up having to go to Home Depot and buy the missing pins to be able to set up the bed. In addition to this problem, the base was pretty banged up in shipment, which didn’t affect the functionality of it, but didn’t think that is how a new product should arrive.

Best rest I have had in many years. I have the AS4 with the adjustable frame with all the bells and whistles. I recommend this mattress to everyone.

This place care's about people not profit they GO above and beyond for your purchase and honestly the beds are WOW.

Couldn't be happier, after a motorcycle accident in 2015 most beds are either too soft or too firm. They were super easy to talk to and helped me find the right model. I am not the type to leave a review but after having the bed a few weeks I seriously couldn't be happier

This will be a gushy.over the top.thank you kind of review. With the world in utter chaos (check the date if you're reading many months or years from now.remember what you were doing when we had to shelter in place?). It was nice that some companies (like this one) go that extra mile (and more) to help their customers. I cannot praise Z and his employees enough. ALL THE PRAISE! Thank you for making miracles happen. I will not forget this. Thank you so so so SO much again.

I did my research over months and settled on Amerisleep3 and have not looked back. My husband and are average size and suffer with aging bodies and the accompanying arthritis pains and, in my case, RA. This mattress is unbelievably comfortable, not too firm or so soft that you sink into it. Another great feature is the lack of motion transfer. I don’t flip around in my sleep like I used to but when I do, it’s not like sleeping with Flipper, the dolphin. We are happy sleepers and were from the first week.

I’m so happy with my first AS3 mattress as it’s not too firm, nor soft (I’m a side sleeper) that my kids purchased one as well. Now I’m buying another and passing my original to my new guest bedroom.

Great company! Purchased yesterday and forgot to add my discount (totally my fault). Called and got a refund right away! Then the next day my new buddy Albert called me to make sure I didn't have questions and to go over the delivery process. So far it's been the best experience! Can't wait to get my new bed.

We wound up buying the AS3, which was top of the list on the online review by the Sleep Junkie. It was a good enough review to warrant an overnight trip to Portland (not Scottsdale), and we'd tried Casper, Purple, Saatva, Tempurpedic, etc.locally and just weren't convinced. We LOVE our mattress! Actually, we bought the split-King version, which is two twin XL's, for *total motion isolation (see below). The mattress has a very solid feel with enough give/softness that it feels very welcoming, and we sleep beautifully. We love our mattresses! (We both got the AS3.) The regular King felt wonderful, and we noticed almost no motion transfer in the showroom. Got the split to try to guarantee no motion transfer.
NOTE: "Total" is dependent on what base you have the mattresses on, and ours is on slats 2" apart, very solid, but after having it for three weeks I've felt him a bit two-three times because the slats aren't nailed down and can transfer some motion; just a heads-up about no "foundation" vs.having one-that being said, it is SO negligible, and with a wedge under his mattress to prevent snoring (works beautifully!) we can sleep together once again! I highly recommend this mattress company.

My wife and I had been thinking about a new bed (adjustable) for some time and finally did quite a bit of research online (my wife did) to determine which mattress and as importantly which adjustable base to go with… AmeriSleep was our selection based on reviews and the adjustable base (Leggett & Platt) manufacturer’s reputation. We’ve had the bed (adjustable split King) for a couple of weeks and we love it. The adjustability of the bed has completely resolved my snoring problems and thus eliminated my many nights on the couch. Our ability to select different mattress firmness’s (hers and mine) also helped in our selection.

My only reason for the 3 Star review has all focus on the importance of listening. Per Amerisleep standards & recommendations "Heavier" customers are directed to the AS-2 not AS-3. My Customer Service Rep did not listen when I spoke of being 190 upon entering the USMC but 200 now. Her focus seemed to be my sleep style which I defined as Rotisserie. Net-Net, I'm a flipper. In her defense, she was probably trying to play it safe because all flipping seems to end on my side hence the AS-3 recommendation. If it were me, as soon as I heard 200LBS, "AS-2 4 U"

This is such a hassle-free mattress buying experience! At first I ordered an AS2 largely because I read so many reviews that recommended this one for back problems. It was great but I also have hip pain, so it was a little too firm. I called them up and they were so accommodating they set me up with an AS3 delivery to exchange. It got here in less than two weeks and then shortly after, the first mattress was picked up and I've been extremely happy with the AS3 ever since. My back (and hips) are feeling much better now. This is a great company!

Purchasing the AS4 resulted in the worst back pain of my life. I'll never purchase from Amerisleep again.

I have spent the last year getting up in the morning and immediately having to use a heating pad on my back because of the pain. Two days ago I received my A4 mattress. Set up was exactly as described on their website and there was not even any smell that I had heard may be possible until it aired out. For the past two days I have had the best nights sleep in years. On the first morning my back was a bit sore but not enough to require a heating pad. This morning I didn't even have to think about using a heating pad since I hadn't felt this good in over a year. Plus MADE IN AMERICA. Best Christmas present I could have bought for myself. After 2 months I decided to go with the AS5 model (which was originally recommended to me) The exchange process was effortless and all that was required of me was the difference in price (which also included my original $200 off) Thank you Amerisleep and all the workers who made my mattress possible

This is the best purchase i have made in a long time. I used to toss and turn at night and try to find the comfiest position to sleep in, on my old mattress. I get the best sleep ever now and sleep through the night. Now i never want to leave my bed in the morning. 100% worth the money and I recommend getting an amerisleep to anyone who’s thinking about it

I recently purchased an AS5 king mattress! I don't think I have ever slept so well. Last night was my first night in my new home and I didn't expect to sleep well at all. It was the opposite. I am a light sleeper and have always had lower back problems tossing and turning. Pretty sure I woke up in the same position I went to sleep in. Looking forward to many mornings feeling refreshed thanks to Amerisleep! Also need to mention their communication and updates on shipping were spot on and my mattress arrived 3 days sooner than expected! Thanks Amerisleep!

Great mattress that performs as advertised. Excellent customer service that is easy to work with. Would recommend giving them a try if you're thinking about a bed.
