They got me a job just fine, but despite telling me the pay was negotiable for a job, started me at a low rate without talking to me about pay. They upheld their end, and maybe it's just a culture difference or something, but i didn't like that they didn't discuss pay rates before starting me at a job

The manager there discriminates against non Mexicans and doesn't try to hide.
