I called to make various appointments no answer. Ver unprofessional then I do a walk in at 12: 30 they are at lunch from 12-1: 00pm says the paper on the door. I proceed to wait and they didn't open until 1: 25pm
I was there until 2: 30 filing paperwork/waiting to be helped while I kept seeing people employed through them cone in an complaining of short checks or no checks or they where told to pick up checks and nothing VERY UNORGANIZED
*This old lady I'm assuming (manager) white lady I think her name was cathy or keity had an attitude but she was the one making all the mistakes then her workers had to fix it SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE! ! I didn't want to be struggling with my check and not getting paid so I will take my resume elsewhere. Also they don't tell you they're all minimum wage jobs Lol

I WITNESSED 7 ISSUES WITH CHECKS JUST IN THE TIME FRAME I WAS IN THERE. WHICH WAS AN HOUR INSIDE NOT COUNTING THE TIME I WAITED

I was denied an application over the phone because I told them I had my medical marijuana card, but I can still pass any kind of drug test because I'm not using. They told me no I can't apply. I explained that might be against the law and I wanted to record our conversation about me being denied an application. They continuously hang up. Give rude remarks as if I'm asking her too much to repeat herself. Almost everything is minimum wage places that will work you like a dog. From Ross warehouse to bed manufacturing. All 13$ jobs they will staff for 10.

Dont go here I waited outside for the 30 min with like a group of people most were second timers or had trouble with checks. After being there for near 2h they told m3 they could send me to interview for a window place but my only option was going there and now OR ELSE THERES NOTHING was their exact words I said If I could go after picking up my sister because in 15 min I had to pick her up (I could've told my sister to wait for me a while but she was ill and was almost done with her work) they didn't care then THIS OLD CAUCASIAN LADY SNARLED "if he want a job he will go right now only" then another said what time do you have to pick her up and where? I said 2: 45 and at 35 and camelback.they said thats enough tike to go to DRIVE 43 and buckeye and INTERVIEW then go to 35th and camelback to pick up my ill sister.
NOTE THE TIME WAS 2: 30 so in 15min they expected me to drive from there location 75 ave and indian school to a little south of 43 and buckeye INTERVIEW and then go pick up my sister at 35ave and camelback ALL IN 15 MIN. SUPPOSEDLY WAS TIME ENOUGH.
NOTE THAT I WAS NEARLY TWO HOURS HERE ALREADY PRIOR TO ALL THIS THEN THE OLD CAUCASIAN WOMAN WAS ACTING LIKE I DIDNT WANT TO WORK LOL.
ALL I NEEDED WAS TO PICK UP MY SISTER AND THEN INTERVIEW BUT SHE WOULDNT HEAR IT. IT HAD TO BE RIGHT AFTER LEAVING THE AGENCY AND SUPPOSEDLY UNDER 15 MIN CAUSE THE GUY I WAS GONNA INTERVIEW FOR WAS LEAVING. SO EVEN IF I HAD CHOSEN TO LEAVE TO THE INTERVIEW THEN AND THERE THE GUY WASNT GOING TO WAIT FOR ME MORE THAN 15 MIN LMAO AND THE DRIVE ITSELF WOULD BE 15 MIN.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND GHETTO. UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE HUNGRY FOR A JOB I WOULD AVOID IT. LUCKILY FOR ME I WAS LOOKING FOR SIDE WORK.
DO NOT GO HERE. ITS A PLACE FOR CRACK HEADS TO GET RIPPED OFF BY THE OLD WOMAN!

I WASTED 2 HOURS THERE. I COULDVE BEEN MORE PRODUCTIVE DOING ANYTHING ELSE LITERALLY.

Ladies in there are very rude especially a woman named Veronica. They look something up for you and say they'll get right back to you 5 different calls later they supposivly don't have any information for you. Definitely not a professional place at all

The most unprofessional temp service I've ever been to! When asking when paychecks were going to be available for pick up, i was told Thursday mornings. Then i was asked what location i worked at, i was told that i had to wait until they were going to be delivered there on Friday even though my check was right there. The reason?
"WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO NOT SHOW UP FOR WORK ON FRIDAY IF WE PAY THEM ON THURSDAY"
something else aint it?

Disgusting place needs to be closed down first of all the bathrooms are disgusting customer service is very unprofessional and most of the jobs they offer or ridiculous not worth going to it seems like they target the immigrants I think this place isn't fit for any human being

They didnt pay me all my hours and they took forever to get that fix this agency is not a good one they need to do somthing to fix there service asap

Not a good place for work, always unorganized, your check will be less! On my first day of work i worked 10 hours but they only payed me for 5 hours & took them 2 weeks just give me my money. So I would highly Not recommend anyone to go to this agency.

I wish there was an option for NO STARS! After taking the bus in the heat to apply to this location. I arrive to find out that they have ran out of PAPER for applications.haha what a joke.

Rude i wasn't payed all my money my check bound they lost all my info they had to look for my witch took 2 days every unhappy

The gals that work there are very nice and Kathy is super helpful and I'm grateful for their help!

They did not pay me my full checks and tried to tell me i only worked a few days out of the week, when i have been working 5 days total a week. And because of this my daughter and i lost our home and became homeless. I plan to call the department of labor on them. No one go with this temp agency. They will rip you off.

I was working at threw these people an I was waiting for my paycheck I never got it after I went in there and asked them about it

Great staff Kathy had me go for a forklift job interview the company called her back and they offered me a job but she couldn't reach me and she knew i really needed a job and she was hunting me down and willing to drive to my moms to get a hold of me i was out of town helping a friend with a landscaping job for the moment and almost lost the opportunity but she got me back in there and a start date good looking out Kathy.if that isn't dedicated i don't know what is

They have TERRIBLE customer service. I will never come back here. If I could give them no stars I would.
