ampm, Phoenix AZ

Been coming here for a couple years now because it's close to my house. This has been one of the dirtiest stores I've been in. But I've noticed a worker at night time cleaning and scrubbing spots been there the whole time I've been going there. Anyway her name is Kikay she should be given a raise for all her hard work she puts in to clean the store. I'd like to also point out that it smells clean too the nights she works. Can't say that about other nights though.

Worst place ever. I got ripped off by the cashier Lee. Lee ripped off another customer in front of me and she got mad when I confronted her and told her coworker to get me out of the store. Her reply was it’s only a dollar. I will be calling corporate Monday morning.

They charge $0.35 per transaction to use debit card at gas pump. That should be the cost of doing business. The pump doesn't produce a reciept you have to go in to the store to obtain your reciept. I will never return again.

Cashier ripped me off tonight. I will not be back. I know what I gave them. Last time I go there. Will be calling corporate on Monday

I've been getting gas.here for years. Never been treated so bad by someone in customer service ever before. Robert was a complete a hole and on Monday I will let corporate know.

Fast and friendly customer service. A great plus is the car wash, but please fix the machine sometimes I try paying with debit card and it doesn’t take because machine is down (not always out of service). Convenient location, close to major freeways.

Good low prices no it’s not in the best neighborhood but if you mind your business I don’t think people will bother you

Car wash works most of the time. The staff is not overly friendly, probably because the manager tells at them in front of customers. However, a 1 to a 2 because of the cheapest gas in the Valley.

Tony the manager is extremely rude, they charge like $. 35 to use your debit card, the gas quality is horrible. There is not one good thing about this ampm.

Im not sure saving a few bucks is worth being harassed by people asking for money, kids, random dudes, homeless people, etc. I mean everytime I go its something or another.

Great hard working staff. My car was stuck in the car was and they went above and beyond to help:)

They let pan handlers and annoying windshield replacement sales people roam the parking lot all the time.and its always pretty backed up and gross inside.cheap gas though!

Don't know why the crack heads come as a suprise to everyone. I mean, this AMPM is in the hood! Lol.

Gas pumps are the slowest in the valley. Takes 5 minutes to process your card and go through the selections. Not joking.
