Great service. Showed up early and changed all my locks. A few of them were old and couldn’t be re-keyed and Tony explained in detail why. (Lawsuit between Schlage and Kwikswt). He was courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Anderson Lock & Safe. I’ll be using them again.

I had an old gun safe and stupidly lost the combination while it was in storage. Anderson sent 2 locksmiths to my home and they were able to set a new combination.

They were very competent, worked quickly and saved me a ton of money over buying a new safe.

I really recommend them.

Broken service dates, promises unkept, numerous messages not returned. Courteous staff but very disorganized. A great company that has fallen from the customer oriented group that it once was. Go someplace else unless you are willing to put up with ineffectiveness.

Update: They did come back. Drew Ramjas did an admirable job of fixing the problem, assisted from the office manager. I am happy to upgrade the rating from 1 star to 4. If the job had been handled this way from the beginning things would have gone a lot more smoothly with no waiting around for no shows, or callbacks. Thanks to Anderson Lock and Safe.

These guys are awesome! They have a lot of cool stuff down there, safes, thanks for your safe and so much knowledge and experience it's unbelievable. I drove 30 miles each way down there because I remembered them from a past business I ran in that area. And they did not disappoint me as they had performed in the past flawlessly.
