Shout out to Andreas Insurance with Progressive. I’ve done business with Progressive in the past and was disappointed overall with customer service but this office in Yuma, AZ is different. Jackie was my agent and not only is she skilled and professional but she is so very kind! I really felt like I was in good hands with her. She gave me a very good policy for my new home.

So this was my first experience with auto insurance; I was nervous and didn't know much of what to expect. In my case, my quote was extremely affordable considering this was my first go, so that was great to begin with! But mostly what I wish to touch on is how absolutely amazing Jackie was in servicing me I'm so blessed to have run into her! She was extremely genuine and I cannot express that enough. They make you feel welcome, and everyone is so nice, Clarissa did our taxes shes awesome and she took the time to explain everything in detail. If I could give this place 10 stars I will. Went in To do my taxes and get car insurance yesterday with Clarissa sand I wanted to share experience because it was a very smooth and fast process. She was very professional and thorough. She went over everything and explained everything very clearly. She was organized and knew what she was doing. Overall great experience and definitely going back next year. Highly recommend.
