I've been to another dermatologist locally for the same reason. I'm from out of state and not used to doctors who are afraid to be within 10 feet of their patient. I'm just astounded by their fear and worry of going beyond their allotted 10 minutes per patient per office visit. The nurse and Dr. Crosby at Epiphany took the time to listen and really see me as an individual. They advised, asked pertinent questions, took pics for later comparison, answered my questions and admitted that a little more time and certain actions would help all of us determine what was going on. At the age of 60 I've been going through acne issues for the past 2 years that are worse than when I was in my teens. I'm more hopeful about a positive, informed diagnosis and treatment.

I've been going for many years to see Dr. Petropolis and have always had outstanding service! They have excellent staff working at the clinic. Friendly, have excellent people skills.

It has been fantastic. In March I cut my leg severely and had to go for treatment for over four months. PA Kathleen Herzog did an excellent job of taking care of me. I would recommend their office to anyone.

I was seen by Dr. Crosby the last two visits. He is very pleasant, explains things so that I can understand what's going on, and is gentle. I feel very comfortable dealing with him and will not hesitate to return.
