Our dog, Otis, loves to go to daycare! The staff are professional and you can tell that they enjoy the important work that they do. We will see you next February.

Helped me with my 16 years old chihuahua that had seizures. Very compassionate and understanding when it was her time. It was a very difficult time for us.

Took my dog in for emergency hives and the vet decided to try to throw in a battery of tests for valley fever. Don't let them try to scare you into things you don't need! You know your animal better than anyone. Also emergency charge went from $90 to $200.

I have been going there approximately 2-3 years now. Every one there has been exceptionally kind to my dog, and myself. I have been like a Nervous Nelly for anything different I see in my pet and call them, and they always seem to accomodate. I have used several of the Vets and Vet Techs, and they all have been great.

Excellent care and emphatic staff. Vets explain options for care snd treatment thoroughly and clearly.

We have been very happy with the staff and the care our puppy receives at Animal Care Center. He was a little shy with them at first but they were gentle and caring with him, and now he is excited to "go the the doggy place"! I feel completely confident the care is competent and kind.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful and veterinarian Dr. Humphrey is very tolerant of my wiggly little puppy. I know he makes her job more difficult but she perseveres and is rewarded with many kisses!

We love taking our dog, Stella, to daycare at Animal Care Center. She’s always tired when we bring her home, so we know she had a good time. She loves all of her human buddies there, but she is especially attached to Cassie giving her a big hug as soon as she comes out to get her. Wonderful place with zero concerns!

We have been taking our sweet Bella here for a year for daycare and for her health care. The staff is amazing and have given her great care. She has separation anxiety but is so happy when she walks in the door for daycare. She is nice and tired when she comes home and isn’t stressed. Brittney has been super with Bella. The doctors on staff have been helpful and have provided our healthcare certificates in time for our flights. We love this place!

My first experience with the Animal Care Center of GV was with the Doggy Daycare. Our pup, Ellie was just over a year when she started and hadn’t been socialized and didn’t know how to relate to other dogs. She’s sweet but shy and a bit fearful.

Before Ellie’s first day I met with Cassie who put me at ease and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like I was dropping my kid off at her first day of kindergarten!
All these ladies, Brittney, Cassie, Lynnette and Julie who care for our pets are exceptional!
They greet Ellie by name with enthusiasm and hugs every time she goes and have even shown me video clips of her playing with the other dogs! Ellie is so happy to go see her other mommies and friends and looks like a rascal when I pick her up. I know she had a great day!

I am especially grateful to Brittney for her patience and really having the pulse on Ellie about what she needs and how she’s progressing.

Ellie’s been seen by Dr. Martin and Dr. Huang. I really liked the way they examined her. Dr. Martin was sitting on the floor with Ellie the whole time and Dr. Huang used a soft caring voice letting me hold her. Both were excellent and took time with me and Ellie! Her treatment options were presented in a respectful way without any pressure.

I trust this place completely!

Best vet experience in Green Valley. Dr. Hilden is especially good with our aging somewhat feisty cat. She thoroughly explains everything, options etc. We never feel rushed. Staff has always been great as well!

Animal Care Center of Green Valley has been the only care provider for our fur babies for nineteen years. Besides the wonderful vets, the staff has become like family and is always caring, compassionate and super friendly. Our little yorkie, Daisy Rose, loves the Doggy Day Care and is always greeted with smiles and hugs from the Day Care staff. We love this facility and wouldn't think of taking our babies anywhere else. Thank you to Dr. Murray, Dr. Humphrey and the rest of the staff for taking such great care of our little family.

DO NOT GO HERE. The most traumatic experience today. All I wanted was the 1 year heart worm prevention shot for my tiny Chi. Even though we have been religious on prior monthly heart worm prevention, the vet told me that if my pup has heart worms then giving her the heart worm prevention shot could cause really bad reaction. She suggested a the heart worm test ($75) and said if I did not want it I needed to sign a waiver. So what happened? These MONSTERS gave my tiny Chi the heart worm prevention shot BEFORE the results of the heart worm test was in. Taking the test charge off the bill just is not enough of an "I'm Sorry" for the distress they caused me waiting for the results. Not only will I NEVER use them again and I will ENSURE that everyone knows what terrible people they are.

We have rec'd excellant care for our two precious boys at Animal Care Center. The staff is friendly.always greeted warmly. Surgeries for the boys went great.the vets are outstanding.and they call check to see how they're doing. Highly recommend as a great place for vet care!

The medical care and daycare are both fantastic! I moved here a year ago from Colorado and was dreading having to find new care for my 100 lb. Ridgeback puppy, Mike. We could not be happier with Dr. Huang as well as the daycare crew. Brittney's pup and Mike are now best friends. They are all very pleasant and fun to interact with! I find this a great, and much safer, alternative to the dog park.

The staff has been nothing but exceptional taking care of our Aussie puppy from Veternarian to Doggie Dog Care. Very professional and great to follow up on all of our needs.

I take my dog Raven there and they are so amazing with her. The Vet is amazing and so is the vet assistant. They seem to really like our furrbaby and take good care of her. Best veterinarian clinic I have ever been too. Would give 10 stars if I could. They have the absolute best employees there.

My Westies love going to daycare there. They get to play with other dogs and people! The socialization has been great for our puppy. The staff is friendly. We also enjoy the newsletters
