Worst place ever! They had a female vet there who put down my dog by putting a gas mask on him and going in thru his spine, like a spinal tap. I couldn't hold my beloved dog and he was in complete fear. I've NEVER GOTTEN OVER THEM PUTTING HIM DOWN IN THAT BARBARIC WAY WITHOUT ME HOLDING HIM. I hate this place! He was staring at me in fear from several feet away. I didn't know that wasn't normal but I know now that no vet does that! She took away my chance to reassure him and hold him as he died as she painfully stabbed him in the back I hate this barbaric place!

I would highly recommend this office to anyone! It had been a couple of years since I brought my pets here. The office got me an appointment same day. Our great dane was treated by Dr. Erb. He had great communication and bedside manner. We were able to schedule a surgery within 2 days of our initial appointment, and their prices were extremely reasonable (actually about 3 times less than a vet quoted us in Anthem). Dr. Erb called me directly before and after surgery to explain how everything was going. I feel like the staff here really cares about the pets and their owners!

Poorly managed office; no communication amongst staff; no continuity of care; this used to be great place before ownership changes now its like jiffy lube.rushed and trying to find things wrong to charge for—very impersonal and does not leave me at all with any confidence.will look for another vet. Dr. Forrest is fantastic and should go out on her own and many would follow her.

Love the staff and the doctor. They have been taking excellent care of my dog. Love this place they take such good care of my dogs. The staff is so nice and professional.
