Ordered flowers to be delivered the next day, and they never showed up. So now the flowers aren’t being delivered for two days. Ordered once before with no issues, now, they didn’t give any notice as to why they didn’t deliver. So I will never buy from them again. Simple

Incredible service & Gorgeous flowers!
I requested online to have birthday bouquet flowers sent 1 day before my friend’s birthday. The owner called to explain orange/coral color roses were out of stock, but offered replacement (lavender) and actually are her favorite color. I didn’t expect a phone call let alone offering different colors as a solution, after all my fault waiting last minute. Super grateful and thankful! My friend loved them so much & shared how much they meant to her. Highly recommend using Anne’s Flower Shop for gorgeous flowers & the excellent customer service.

Wonderful people to to work with at Anne's Flowers and Gifts. They helped me arrange from Indiana for a beautiful flower birthday bouquet to be delivered in Phoenix and for the safe keeping of flowers when recipient wasn't home at first.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst interaction with their help. They have the most rude staff for working in such a beautiful industry. You would think they would be happy and nice since they are working with people who may be having a terrible day but they just want to make your day worse. Go to a different flower shop if you care about how you are treated.

Beautiful flowers were delivered to my little girl for her 29th birthday. Arrangement was better than I would’ve ever imagined.

I will update once we get our corsage and boutonnière. I called another flower shop and was quoted $119. This one was significantly cheaper and had more color choices for ribbon! I can’t wait to pick up our order for my sons prom this weekend!

Excellent business. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing for flowers was very reasonable.

A couple things wrong with my experience. Firstly on the website when I placed my order it had said free delivery. Once I got my email confirmation, I was charged delivery fee. Unexceptable. Secondly, I had requested and paid the extra cost for a balloon and box of chocolate. When it was delivered, neither of those items was with the flowers. How are you gonna charge me and not deliver. I will not be recommending your shop to anyone. Very disappointed
