A place to go for hard to find hardware items.they had market unbrellas and stand on sale.so bought four for my backyard

Every aisle you browse thru, someone asks if you need help. It's excessive. Let people wander the store uninterrupted, please. I assure you, I'll buy something, albeit at a higher price then Home Depot but whatever. I'm not always willing to drive a mile.

With that written, the selection is ok. I'm glad I can find most items I seek within the store. I simply wish I wasn't hurried to buy something. This is not a swat at the reps. They are appreciated. The incessant harassment gets them 3 stars. Give me more time, you'll get more stars.

Rochelle the manager is awesome. Keep local businesses open! Great price on water softener salt, especially with a $5 off $20 offer.

I love half of this store, the hardware store half. The other half, the boutique, not so much. The owners are going to put up Christmas decorations in just a few days. Sad! Very sad! It’s still 100 degrees outside folks, but it’s all about commercialism to these store owners. Rochelle, Dean, and Helen are wonderful employees. They are much more helpful than the Home Depot employees. Thank you for all your help over the years. Give us back a hardware store please owners! Anthem, New River, and Black Canyon City homeowners want a hardware store!

A very unique and awesome Ace hardware store. There's a great selection of everything you need in terms of a hardware store items plus more; like their unique gift shop. A real plus is customer service and there is always anabundance of knowledgeable help at this location.i highly recommend.

We have had excellent, personal customer service every time we shop here for something. We are in the process of having window screens made and the service has been exceptional with a personal touch.

Always really helpful and have always had what i needed even after ive stopped somewhere thats closer to my house I should just head straight to Ace because they always have whatever i need so its poitless to waste time elsewhere

They get four stars out of five, for having the fastener sections, nuts and bolts, that nobody else carries. The service is most always great and there's one young gentleman with round eyeglasses it makes my day every time I go in there. I like to do my own searching through the fastener section but even if I know where something is I'll ask for his assistance just because he's so energetic and happy all the time! He needs to be cloned. He is fifth star.

I like the variety there, you can find items from outdoor animal care to keys and canning equipment. 4 stars because they close quite early on Sundays instead of keeping consistent hours.

Gotta love Ace.they have all those odd things so you can actually fix things. Super friendly staff that nlk iws their S%*t. If youre not sure of something go here first they can tell you what to do.

Me at the door by two very nice old gentleman who directed me to what I was shopping for. Store is immaculate and very well organized with clear and highly visible product location signs. Very friendly last at check out and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Nice place! 8

Anthem ace hardware is a great business. The employees are very personable and always nice! They help as much as they can!

Nice local store and have had decent experiences there, but yesterday's was a sorry experience. Associate insisted that teflon tape would solve the hose bibb leak, and the store did not stock common graphite packing. He started to raise his voice, intimating that he knew how these valves work; obviously he doesn't.and I walked out insulted.

This is such a nice Ace. People are so friendly. I like the size of the store. They have a little bit of everything and its very well organized and merchandised so cute.

Like other Ace Hardware locations, this one in Anthem has everything you need, and more, from PVC Tee fittings to tee shirts. I love how the cashier always welcomes me in, and a knowledgeable and friendly sales person on the floor available to help me find what I am looking for. Pricing is on par with the big box stores for most items, so I only go to those places for the bulky things. I want to work here!

Like home depot, but filled with staff that greet you sincerely and are always really helpful. Good rewards program too!
