Anthem VA Clinic, Phoenix AZ

Nobody answers the phone at the Anthem VA clinic, and most of my voice-mail messages are ignored. It's virtually impossible to speak to someone about getting medical care.

Patrick (RN patriot team) has terrible customer service and hurts Anthems otherwise awesome VA team. While he is knowledgeable, he regularly does not follow up with scheduling appointments, worse yet he is unable to communicate timely with his patients, sometimes five days later returning a call. Patrick will sometimes make you feel like you are bothering him when you need him to do his job. My wife and I will be leaving Anthem VA, absolutely unacceptable!

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Been a night and day difference dealing with them vs the Phoenix VA. They're genuinely eager to help you succeed at your goals.

They are all doing a great job in taking care of those who served their country. I am thankful for their time and efforts. My N/P Kelly is phenomenal.

It's bad enough that the clinic is shut down for the most part, but when I stop there and can't go inside and there is a sign outside that says someone will come out, and he did, but I was not allowed to talk to anyone about a serious issue. All I was told, three times "call and leave a message. " I live 45 minutes away. I needed to at least talk to a nurse and the guy who came out was rude.

Been using this facility for five years now. I have used va in Florida and Texas over the years, and anthem is by far the best! We even moved further away but chose to remain at anthem and drive the extra miles because it’s worth it!
