Anytime Auto Glass and Tint, Phoenix AZ

Terrible.
I generally don't like reviews when a service isn't purchased but this was too unfortunate to not mention.
I needed to replace the side glass in a vehicle. Called and got lots of quotes and while the Anytime quote wasnt the cheepest, they could get out the soonest.
Scheduled for monday between 9 and 1. Around 12: 30 someone named Tom calls to say the truck broke down. Have to reschedule for Tuesday, same time.
Tuesday a guy shows up but he has the wrong glass. Can't do the install.
Tom calls again to reschedule for the next day. Tries to imply that I gave them the wrong information. But the installer showed the correct work order, wrong glass.
A few hours later someone else (not Tom) calls me to say they are actually not able to do the install. I ask for clarification on her reason why and another person gets on the line. Says that their "master technicians" say this window on this car can only be replaced by a body shop. That the outer door skin has to be removed. Even though his installer was ready to replace the glass had he been given the right one.
The whole thing was ridiculous.

So I took the car in to Clear Cut Glass and got it done properly and for less money.

I get that things happen, situations change, whatever.
But to call and flat out lie to a customer thus way is inexcusable.
Having to cancel on a customer is tough. Its a no win for everyone. But be honest about it.
Then your bad review says you canceled.
Now your bad review says you canceled and lied about why.

Shout out to Rachel, such an amazing help and will always come back to the shop. I brought my new truck in for a windshield replacement and front window tint and my truck looks amazing. Thanks again Rachel 10/10 rating

I can't say enough great things about my experience! Anytime Auto Glass was so easy to work with, everyone was friendly and professional. They replaced my windshield and recalibrated all of the safety features on my car. I would absolutely use them again! Highly recommend.

My experience with Anytime has been great. I called Kari Evans whom I found through BNI and she was able to get my window tinting scheduled within a week. Phillip arrived the day of installation and had my windows tinted in a reasonable time. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them for your auto glass needs.

This may have been a fluke with all the exceptional reviews. This experience wasn’t terrible but highly unprofessional and as a customer who is employing them to do a job, I had to fire them.

I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. I even messaged to see what happened. After 3 days no correspondence. This is unfortunate. I decided to go to NuVision Auto glass and their price was lower than Anytime and had quick responses compared to this small business.

The team at Anytime Auto Glass and Tint made the entire process- from communicating with insurance, to scheduling a replacement, to installation itself- seamless and simple. Highly recommend!

Anytime did an amazing job on our front window tint (done elsewhere before we purchased the vehicle), matching the existing rear windows tint pretty much perfectly. I will use them again for any tint needs.

I needed to have my windshield replaced and have the sensors recalibrated. Anytime Auto Glass and Tint was recommended to me by one of service advisors at the dealership where I service my vehicle. I spoke with Lisa and she coordinated the windshield replacement and recalibration (both done at the dealership) in a very timely manner. Lisa's communication during this process was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call Anytime Auto Glass for future services.

Bad experience with the windshield tech, he installed a new one my wife's car, but he left it loose. Of course, the day he was doing his job he was with his girlfriend all distracted, so the guy who supposedly had to come to fix it never show up. Finally was fixed by the insurance company.
The guy who did the calibration was very professional 5 stars to him.

Josh came out and did the MOST AMAZING JOB! He was very thorough and payed close attention to detail and not only that but Bill was right behind him to do the recalibration and get me back on the road. Lisa was the one who set it all up and I couldn't ask for a better team! All around the best experience I've had so I 10/10 recomend!
